Its on the most scenic tree- lined street in Augusta. Walking distance to the sites and eateries lined along historic Broad Street in Downtown Augusta. Less than a mile by car to the Medical District and also bikeable. Ten minutes or less from Augusta National and the Golfing capital of the world.
