Welcome to beautiful Olde Town! This lovely tree top rental takes up the entire second floor of a boutique apartment building that has only 3 units. Its on the most scenic tree- lined street in Augusta. Walking distance to the sites and eateries lined along historic Broad Street in Downtown Augusta. Less than a mile by car to the Medical District and also bikeable. Ten minutes or less from Augusta National and the Golfing capital of the world.

Newly renovated with in-unit washer and dryer. Over 1400 sqft of space with two en-suites. Hardwood, Tile and LVP in Hallways, kitchen and baths. Comfortable living room with two sofas so everyone can spread out and enjoy the quietude and listen to nature all around.
