The Space:

As you step through the door, the warmth of the open-plan living area invites you in, with its plush large leather sofa poised along with a 65" Television promising cozy movie nights or lively TV show binges. The space flows effortlessly into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, where every appliance and utensil you could dream of awaits to turn your culinary fantasies into delicious realities. Gather around the comfortable formal dining area, while the musician in the group plays the piano and meals become memorable moments shared with loved ones.



The outdoors is where this house really shines with the beautifully designed area that blurs the lines between indoor comfort and outdoor bliss. Here, a gourmet outdoor kitchen stands ready for al fresco dining adventures, complemented by multiple seating areas for lounging under the sky or eating outdoors. A 65" outdoor television and patio heaters ensure that the entertainment never ends, no matter the weather. Dive into the heated pool, with its playful pool toys and mesmerizing waterfall feature, or simply unwind by its side, soaking in the sun and serenity.



Back inside for the evening, we have our TRUE theater room which is a marvel of technology and comfort. Recline in the movie theater seating, immerse yourself in the glow of true theater lighting, and lose yourself in the action on the 75-inch television, all enhanced by built-in surround sound that brings every scene to life. This room features a top of the line queen sized sleeper sofa and doubles as the 4th bedroom if the group is using it that way. It easily transitions from bedroom to theater if so used.



As the day winds down, retreat to the tranquility of the upstairs bedrooms, each a haven of rest and rejuvenation. The master bedroom, with the top of the line California King mattress and bedding features a connected master bathroom, and offers a sanctuary within a sanctuary, featuring a sunken tub and a rainfall showerhead for ultimate relaxation. The additional upstairs bedrooms are great for kids or groups of friends. They are connected by a bath with dual sinks, for ease of bathroom use for each bedroom. One bedroom features a queen sized bed and the other bedroom features a top of the line bunk bed with a full sized bed on both top and bottom, and an additional twin sized trundle bed at the very bottom sleeping up to 5 people

Bedroom #1 (Master)- Calfornia King sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 60" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services, en suite bathroom.

Bedroom #2- Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, 43" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services. convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

Bedroom #3- Full over Full Bunk bed with trundle on bottom (3 beds), top of the line mattresses and bedding, blackout curtains, 43" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services. convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

Bedroom #4- **NOTE- The 4th bedroom doubles as the downstairs theater room which features a large and comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa and all the theater amenities such as the 75" TV.



For the active and health-conscious, our home features a Peloton bike and selectable dumbbells, ensuring that your fitness routine remains uninterrupted. The neighborhood is also wonderful for running on the tree lined streets and beautiful homes where you can easily run flat or find plenty of hills for more challenge!

And when it's time to explore or simply run errands, the convenience of easy parking in front of the front door and a location that's private yet close to everything makes every outing a breeze. Amazing restaurants are just minutes away for those nights you want to step out.

I always recommend a car in LA as everything is spaced out but this is a central location with groceries 1 block away and other stuff just a short Uber ride away
