We spent 8 days in Playa at this property and had multiple issues. When we checked in the rooftop pool was very dirty and the hot tub was not working. The washer/dryer was not working properly and then the card reader door lock was not working and had to be replaced. We did not receive any housekeeping even though we were billed for 1 cleaning and so I asked for a refund and was told no that the receipt was incorrect. The building and property itself is not what it once was and is in need of renovation or at least some refreshing. There are so many other options in the area, I would not return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aldea Thai has an amazing location, just a block from the beach, and I think this unit is one of the best in the complex, with a gorgeous roofdeck. Very spacious for family of 4 with 2-bedrooms and lots of different areas to relax. Probably bring a sound machine for nighttime noise as there is a clubby stretch of bars a block away, but that shouldn't deter you. Excellent stay!

Porr quality of management company play moments. No answers on mail. No advice on how to manage the whirl pool. I forgot my health insurance card. It took 3 weeks for the staff to find out how to send this card to Europe.
