The Outer Banks is open all year around and the shoulder seasons before and after the summer heat are some of the best weeks ever! You can still expect sunny days while enjoying cool ocean breezes.

Our home rents Saturday - Saturday with a minimum of 7 night stay in season.

Off season stays require a 3 night minimum.

We are a SMOKE FREE, ALLERGY FRIENDLY home. You can count on our home to be spotless clean. We have private cleaners that do a deep clean between each guest! Check out our over 100 -- 5 star reviews. We have all beautiful new flooring, new kitchen, and no carpet....

You will enjoy panoramic ocean views as well as unbelievable sunsets over the Pamlico Sound and Cape Hatteras National Seashore from our home.

We are located in a quiet private section of South Nags Head. With direct ocean access just steps away, this well appointed newly updated home includes hot tub, new salt water in ground pool, new furnishings, flat screen tv's in every bedroom, lots of decks, close to new Jennettes Pier, restaurants and shopping. 4 large bedrooms 3 full baths, 1 king suite, 1 queen suite, 1 bedroom w/ two queens, 1 bedroom w/ two doubles.
Two bedrooms are master suites with private baths and decks.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pamlico Sound.

Perfect location for bike riding, walking, water sports, best restaurants in the area for fresh seafood; close to fishing piers and Jockeys Ridge, Fish Heads Bar and Restaurant on the Pier and more. Ocean and sound views. Private salt water pool and hot tub will provide the family great entertainment. Free WIFI, free long distance, office space on first floor with printer and fax for your convenience.

Housekeeping and Maintenance
Our home is professionally cleaned between guests by a private cleaner, so you'll always find your rental in tip-top shape. We basically do a deep clean between each guest.

If there are issues with your vacation rental, our full-time maintenance staff will work on them immediately. We are disinfecting our home between guests and spending extra time cleaning to be sure our home is spotless and clean for our guests.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Water Balloons allowed on the property as the hot sun melts them on the pool deck and wooden decks making them impossible to remove.

Had an amazing family vacation here! Great proximity to the beach and a very clean and comfortable house. We had a great time staying here for a wedding in OBX. The house was very well stocked with things we needed, and even included a pack and play for our new baby. We have been vacationing on the Outer Banks since we were teenagers. Lifelong residents of Virginia Beach, VA, It has always been our lifelong dream to own our own home on the Outer Banks. That dream became a reality in December of 2014. We decided to share our home with our guests for a few weeks during the summer. Our home has been updated, renovated, and cleaned to have it pristine and sparkling and ready for our guests. Our guests enjoy our home as much as we do as you can see from our reviews from previous vacationers.
Owners wife , Nelene, is Licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and North Carolina.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located directly across the street from the beach in a quiet private neighborhood of South Nags Head. We say we are at the end of the rainbow. There are only a few houses between our home and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Park. Our back deck overlooks the Cape Hatteras National Seashore which provides amazing sunset views. It is a great place to take the family for a walk, bike ride, or just sit on the decks and enjoy the magnificent sunrise views from the front in the morning and magnificent sunset views from the back in the evening . These views and the location, along with the updates we have made to our home, make this home our 'dream come true'. During the many years of vacationing on the Outer Banks, and never wanting to leave, we can now say we own our dream home! We know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the beautiful pristine beaches of South Nags while only minutes away from all of the restaurants, fishing and entertainment that Nags Head and the Outer Banks has to offer. We have spectacular views from every area in our home. We have updated our home with new furnishing, new paint, a new salt water pool, hot tub and fully stocked kitchen. We have a 6 mile jogging/bike/walking trail that extends for 6 miles. This is a concrete path great for an evening bike ride after dinner a walk or rollerblading. We are only a mile and 1/2 from the Bodie Island light house. We have a large outside shower with dressing area on the ground level. After staying in many different vacation homes over the years on the Outer Banks, we know what is needed to make a memorable vacation stay and that is exactly what you will get with our home. You can be assured there will be no surprises when you arrive and that everything will be spotlessly clean and prepared for your arrival.
