ONLY 0.4 MILES FROM TOWN HALL and 0.7 MILES FROM MACMILLAN PIER! This 1 bedroom condo is located on the 1st floor of a 2 unit condo association. Conveniently located in the desirable West End, on a quiet side street between Commercial and Bradford Streets. Exclusive parking for 1 car. Plenty of natural light streams into the FRESHLY UPDATED living/dining/kitchen area, and the separate bedroom (bed with firm QUEEN-sized mattress) with large closet. Amenities include: in unit washer/dryer, central air conditioning, well-appointed kitchen, HD TV with basic cable, free high speed Wi-Fi internet, dining table for 2 expands to 4 people, outdoor grille (shared with upstairs unit) and small sitting area for 2 people. Close to beach, shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, gym, bike rental.

Most everything in walking distance, you might never use your car!

Wake up bright and early, head over to Joe Coffee (.2 mile away), and sit out on their expansive patio, where you can see and be seen, or have breakfast at Liz's Cafe (450 feet away). Rent bikes at Ptown Bikes (600 feet away), and on your way to Herring Cove Beach or beyond, grab sandwiches from Pop & Dutch (250 feet away). Later, pump up your biceps at Mussel Beach Gym (450 feet away), and get a fresh cut at Monument Shave Shoppe (200 feet away), before Tea Dance at The Boatslip (600 feet away). For a good bottle of wine and sophisticated nosh, hop over to Perry’s Wine & Liquors (700 feet away). For dinner try our go-to restaurant: Sal's Place (.2 mile away). Finally, dance the night away at several clubs in town, all also within walking distance.

It's a truly lovely property and a great location. My boyfriend and I found the bed too soft and didn't sleep well. Otherwise, I had absolutely no complaints. I would come back if I like a soft springy bed.

The host was very responsive to our needs. We had a toilet overflow, and it was dealt with in minutes. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the bathroom had shampoo and soap already in stock. The location is as good as it gets. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This is the fourth property we've rented in Provincetown by ourselves, and so far it's the best one.

A Wonderful Place

Great Provincetown Getaway!

We had a great stay in this charming property! The location could not have been better on a quiet block within steps to Commercial St. Loved having beach towels provided and on site washer and dryer were a huge perk. Such a cute spot to call home for a great stay in Provincetown!!

West End Retreat

This was my second time staying at Laz and Steve's place, and it was as great as the first. The location is amazing, just steps away from Commercial Street. Once you arrive and park your car (there is parking right in front!) everything is in walking distance. The place is very clean and quiet, and has all that you need for your stay. Laz is always available and easy to reach, and checked in with us after the property manager was notified that the fire alarm went off (though there was no fire). I appreciate everything about this place and the hosts, and will absolutely stay again. Thanks, Laz and Steve!

Ideal Provincetown Location

Really enjoyed my stay in Ptown. The place is small but bright, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient to use the gas grill outside. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. The location is great for West End activities. I'd stay here again!

Great place to stay

Very close to town. Great little place, just enough room for 2 people. Very clean, the only thing I would be aware of is if you have a bigger car/ truck/suv you may not fit in the parking spot. We parked across the street no issue. Nice full size fridge. Smaller washing machine, but worked awesome, so you may have to do a few extra loads. We loved the place, would stay again.

Great mini vacation

This was our first trip to Ptown and this great house! We had a wonderful stay in such a great location , the house has everything you need and we will definitely come back again ! We were even able to get in earlier than planned, thank you again!

Great apartment

Great one bedroom, super clean and updated. Washer/dryer were very good to have. There is a new grill with a small table and chairs on side of home. Parking for one car in front of house. 1/2 block to commercial street, few blocks to Boatslip. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close bye. Kitchen is new and well equipped, grocery store is also very close. The owners couldn’t be any nicer. Great space G&M

West End Perfection

Best stay ever. West End perfection. Everything we could have needed during our stay was available. Amenities above expectations. Well-appointed with all the things needed. Location was close to Commercial Street but just off the path to allow for a quiet stay. Great and fast communication. Will book again. Cannot recommend highly enough. Cute Condo was perfect for my get away.

Steve and Laz were great hosts. Their condo was perfect for a few days away. I was able to work from their place or some close spots on commercial street and enjoy all of ptown minutes walk away. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything that I needed. Thanks so much guys!

Fabulous unit in an amazing location!

The unit was delightfully appointed and the property owners were incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. The unit is in the perfect location to walking/biking everywhere in Ptown with a parking spot, laundry, and central A/C. We can't wait to return next year!
