Hello, We do strive to make our guests stay here more than 'ok' We had checked the TV and due to the storms here it did have to be rebooted. We did receive your email about the TV late at night and we did send someone to reboot the TV, however you had already checked out. We do encourage our guests to let us know if any problems so that we can attend to them as quickly as possible. We do hope that you will give us a 2nd chance to raise your opinion of the condo from ok to a better rating Regards

Spacious Condo

Overall our stay was good. This Condo has lots of room. The master is LARGE! There are some things that need fixing/cleaning (fridge shelf missing on door, blinds broken on doors, headboard on bed not connected - cosmetic fixes!) overall it is was good stay! Management was very responsive! Will definitely stay with this group again.

Wonderful location

It was very nice! I did notice other locations had a few more options in the rooms for balls and pool floats type amenities for children to use on the property. We had a fantastic time overall!

The property is located right in the midst of all the action. Yet fairly quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very attentive and listened and took care of all the grievances. Overall we had a wonderful time

Spring training

Stayed 5 nights while watching High School softball spring training games. Vista Cay was centrally located to all game locations, as well as Universal City Walk and Disney Springs. Our unit was perfect. Clean, plenty of room, easy to get in to on first floor, and easy exit thru back gate. Kitchen was well equipped with all essentials. Unit included pool towels (friends in other units didn't get towels and had to go buy them). Great place.

**This unit is NOT as advertised - be advised, review date end of December 2025**. After many years of using VRBO without issues, and always providing 5-star reviews, this stay for 15 nights (nonetheless) was incredibly disappointing. The pictures that we based our rental decision on IS NOT the unit you will walk into (pictures attached). This is not beautifully decorated, comfortable or cozy. The living area has been updated with new flooring (no issue at all, great choice), however the furniture that is now in the unit is second-hand, tired, worn and stained, from the couch in the living area to the randomly placed couches in the bedrooms. The main living room is barren, holes in the wall where artwork was, there are no end tables or coffee table. The carpet left in the bedrooms is stained and soiled. I did notify the management company within 24hrs of check-in, Denise was incredibly responsive and offered to remove the stained furniture from the bedrooms and re-clean the unit. However, the issue is that the pictures from the listing are COMPLETELY inaccurate. I am left to wonder why I was required to pre-purchase insurance for the stay considering the condition of the unit. I do appreciate the unit accepts pets, but clearly this listing needs to be updated to accurately reflect the current state of the unit and the changes that have been made.

Helllo. I do apologize, however I did explain that a previous guest who had stayed for over a month, had left the condo in poor condition. They too had a dog that caused the issues which is why we are considering discontinuing allowing dogs in the property. We had been trying to make the repairs/upgrades to get it ready for your stay (rather than have to cancel last minute). As you noted the floors in the living area have been redone and the condo has been painted. The painters, unfortunately may not have placed the pictures back on the correct place. There is an ottoman in place of a coffee table. They did ‘leave’ the older furniture in the condo that should have been removed, which we did offer to have removed for you. You stated you wanted us to leave it. Again, we made the decision to get the condo repaired as quickly as possible so as not to disturb your vacation with a cancellation. You did stay that the bedroom furniture was as pictures other than we replaced all the bedding and comforters with all brand new ones and you were ok with the bedrooms. We don’t hear from you at all during your stay, so we didn’t think that there were any additional issues. Had we known of anything,we would have worked with you to ensure that you and your family were ok. Rest assured once all the repairs are made we will be posting new pictures. we do apologize the condo was not what you expected but we did think that not disrupting your vacation with a cancellation was a better choic

Just ok

This unit is just ok. It’s acceptable on most levels but not good or great. Pros - communication was excellent. Very easy directions to follow. Everything worked and was functional. Proximity to convention center and attractions is also excellent. Cons - Pictures don’t match the current state of the unit and it is in need of a refresh. Dirty floors and doors. Stains on the ceiling. Mold in shower with an attempt to cover it with caulk. Sagging couches and mattresses in need of replacing soon. Patio is dirty to the point you don’t want to use it. The room with two twin beds has little ventilation and no fan making it a hot box. Stains on furniture. Freezer is covered in ice. Not providing multiple trash bags for a unit that sleeps 8 and then expecting removal is the only onerous rule. Like I said, it’s acceptable and we didn’t complain but we won’t be staying at that unit again.

Very Convenient to Orlando Conference Center

It’s possible to walk to conference center from this condo’s location. Condo is more than decent but could stand a fresh paint job and a more comfortable mattress in master bedroom. There was only 1 wine glass which was a little strange but Publix grocery store is very close by for any kitchen and food needs. The condo’s pool and spa are very nice. There’s a playground area close that’s great for little ones.

There were a couple things that need taken care of but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

1. The headboards were not attached and that was annoying since I read at night and lean against the headboard. 2. The air return grate in the main living area is very dirty - that should be attended to right away. 3. We rented movies and unable to watch them because there was missing cord - we called and they told us they'd take care of it but it wasn't done.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Orlando stay. The condo was merely a place to sleep for us, as we were quite busy taking in all the area has to offer. A few suggestions I would make that would have improved our stay is adding the following to the condo: 1. 3 dishwasher and laundry soap packets (1 of each wasn't enough) 2. Mattress pad on master bed (only a sheet over the bare mattress) 3. Large cooking pot (lid present, but no pot. We wanted to make spaghetti but could not because there wasn't a big enough pot). Actually, the kitchen amenities were quite "bare bones". 4. Kitchen scissors 5. Salt & pepper 6. 2-3 Tupperware containers 7. Steak knives 8. Paper & pen 9. A bottle of wine or cheese & crackers as a nice welcome gift (of course, this is completely unnecessary, but always a lovely touch). We noticed that the master bedroom TV set volume is uncontrollable. It will continue to get louder & louder automatically. We weren't able to watch it at all. Also, the coffee pot is unpredictable. Sometimes it is difficult to get the switch to stay on. All in all, a pleasant stay, but these few issues would probably prompt me to look for another place to stay when we visit again. Especially, since the rental price was high.

We definitely would have appreciated a request for the pots/pans, scissors, steak knives, etc. needed while you were here as we would have addressed them for you. This is a 'self-concierge' property, we do provide the starter pack, so that when you arrive, you do not have to go out immediately. No food items are provided for safety reasons. and we would definitely not provide any liquor items since we would not have any control over who would consume it. We also do not provide any 'plastic' items as they could not be 'sanitized' for the next guest. We do hope that you will consider the condo on your next trip to Orlando,
