Head to one of the town squares, such as Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter Landing, for live music, dining, shopping, and community events. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the community's extensive network of walking and biking trails, providing a scenic way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. Another great spot is Lake Sumter Landing Market Square - visit the market square for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Villages is also famous for its numerous golf courses and housing the largest pickleball community in the United States, so don't hesitate to bring your clubs and paddles!

The home boasts a colorful and beautifully decorated open floor plan with tiled floors throughout. Treat your loved ones to delicious homemade meals and snacks prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Then, retreat to the air-conditioned living room and unwind as you plan your next adventures, play games, or watch fun shows and movies on any of the three smart TVs (cable is not provided). The living room opens onto an enclosed lanai with seating that leads you to an enclosed backyard with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill. The main suite boasts a TV, access to the backyard, and an en suite bath.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
