About this property

This immaculate 2BR 2BA home, in the Village of Sabal Chase, has a cozy patio, equipped with a grill to explore your culinary desires. A rare find that includes a sauna! This house is located in The Villages, a short 5min drive from Lake Sumter Landing Square. You can also opt to cruise the golf cart (that comes with the rental!) to live entertainment every night at the squares, restaurants galore, shopping, golfing, pickleball and swimming.
Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Nice Neighborhood in the villages.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the house for the week. House was clean use of the golf cart was and extra perk. Neighbors are friendly and we had a great stay.
