Great place for family vacation!

We spent a week here enjoying the pool with our grandkids. The outdoor seating and dining area is perfect for watching the kids in the pool, playing games at the table and relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking or grilling out. Add to that the great proximity to Lido Key and Siesta Key and you have the perfect vacation. Would definitely come back again!

Comfy place

My husband, two kids and I stayed and had a relaxing vacation. The pool and hot tub were great, and the outside seating area was perfect for our needs. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and supplies. Easy access to the airport and not far from many great attractions.

Five days with my daughter and grandson

We were in Sarasota for a Teen program at Ringling College of Art and Design. The house was near Ringling and in a lovely neighborhood near the water. The house was clean, well equipped, and we liked the lay out of the rooms. The pool was warm and so much fun for all of us. We would love to stay here again sometime.

Beautiful home and very accurate description. Host was extremely informative and great with communication. Pool area lacked lighting but everything else was great!

Cute, convenient, clean and cozy

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Not walkable to any beaches but convenient driving to dining, Lido key, downtown and SRQ. The pool and spa are very nice. Beds are comfortable and house is very well equipped for guests. Very small critiques would be that 1/2 of the overhead fans did not work and the spa directions were dated/not accurate. Overall this was a wonderful experience and we would definitely rent again.

Great place to call home

We stayed a week at this house. Very clean upon arrival. The adult bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home, nice for personal privacy. The child/single bedroom is centrally located. Adults could enjoy the patio while kids napped or went to bed for the night. Pleasant neighborhood great for walks. Quick drive to all Sarasota must sees and easy trip to Siesta keys. Always a quick response for questions. management. GREAT STAY!

Disappointed

The home did not meet our expectations. It could use some overall cleaning and repairs.The pool and hot tub wasn't usable (no heated water or consistently working pump), even after a technician visit. Management wasn't aware the breaker to the pool wasn't on until after notification on check-in. The binder did not have information about check in/out procedures or pool/hot tub instructions.

Our instructions are very thorough for check-in & check-out sent well in advance. Due to the unusual & extreme cold weather affecting the states & Florida, pool heat wasn't keeping up for this home or other homes as explained to Janet. Operating instructions were sent as well as staff to address Janet's concerns. The weather conditions were unfortunate for her stay in Florida.
