Embrace friendly competition at the shared sand volleyball court, shoot some hoops at the basketball court or retreat to the comfort of your fully stocked kitchen to prepare delicious meals. Whether it's a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, our cottage offers a blend of relaxation & recreation. **This cottage is on a shared property

You will need a car to explore downtown Lexington and Port Sanilac!
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Quick getaway weekend

The cabin was as described in the listing and it was also very quiet in the nearby surroundings. Overall, the cabin was clean, has a kitchen with a supply of dishes and utensils, and had plenty of space.The internet WiFi was sufficient as I did not receive good cell connectivity (AT+T).The host was very responsive to my questions.

Bare bones!

Very dark place! 2 ceiling fans each had lightbulb missing. Could hardly see to read. BR sink plunger is broken/found a rock to keep it open. No towel bars. No covering for front an back door windows. No privacy. No mention if Keurig in listing. We could have brought our own K cups
