Pleaseantly surprised

Our unit was larger than excepted, plenty of room to relax after touring the attractions, staff was very pleasant and professional. Great trip. would stay there again.

Beautiful place, great location, good amenities only problem we had was no bedding for pull Out. We didn't discover until after hrs so had to sleep on couch with no bedding and that wasnt pleasant.. next day they didn't bring it so had to make a trip down to office late that night to get bedding

Vacation Rental

The apartment was well equipped and run by Wyndham. It included everything, was clean and well kept, and had basic amenities outside. The vehicle chargers cost extra, but Wyndham is doing a nice job keeping the place up. There was no resort/timeshare sales pressure that used to be the norm. The 'concierge' handed me a key and we checked out online. The VRBO lister may have a connection to them, but was just a conduit to the re-rental of a timeshare unit that the Wyndham folks manage and admitted in conversation that they rent more than timeshare at this point. The property is nicely laid out.

Trip with grandson

Spent a few days on the property with my husband and grandson. Location was perfect traveling with a four year old. He loved the pool and the playground. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and attentive. Will definitely be back. Enjoyed the coffee and donuts at the clubhouse.

Waring! High pressure sales property.

We had no idea this stay was going to begin a high pressure campaign to try to get us to sit through a time share sales presentation. We didn’t do it, but had a hard time getting them to take “no” for an answer. We will never stay at a Wyndham property again, and are thinking carefully about using Home Away again. This should be revealed on your site so customers can be forewarned. Refrigerator leaked even after (2) service calls to repair it. Hot water was variable, sometimes we had it & other times it was freezing. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom layout strange, (2) showers & (2) sinks, but only one toilet. The service guys were very friendly. The location is excellent.

Awesome property!

We loved this property! It was the best of both worlds: rental home and hotel. Everything was clean, kitchen fully stocked. There was plenty of space for my family of four. Overall, I was very pleased with this property and would definitely stay again. However, this is a timeshare. I rented through home away so had no idea what I was getting into. I was held hostage at check in while I listened to the sales pitch and that was very irritating. Just know what you're getting into. Otherwise, an excellent rental and very good price. Convenient to all the good stuff in Williamsburg.

The property was spacious and clean and quiet .

I loved the condo we stayed in- very clean and spacious and area was quiet. However, check in was a nightmare. It took us 45 minutes which the majority of time was with the consierge thing to get parking pass and accidentally signed up for some breakfast requirement . Felt hoodwinked into signing for free tickets to colonial Williamsburg- want to pay for them but they said complimentary and afterwards we realized we were obligated to give another 2 hours of our precious 2 days to them. Took us another 30 minutes and had to go to a different property to get out of this supposed free pitch. Have heard of this before but this was the first time I had ever experienced it and believe me it will keep me from recommending this property, as nice as it was, to anyone . And I do not think I would return because if that as well.call me naive but was thinking wow- complimentary tickets for first timers here- great marketing. They asked if it was out first time and made a big deal with all this stuff they were given us as VIP they called us. Joke! Be very careful! Nothing is ever free. If it it too good to be true- then it is not true.

Overall experience was ok.

Overall, the experience was ok. The bed was a Full which is kinda small for two adults and the water was not hot in the stand up shower. Evedentially that is common according to other visitors I asked. Other than that it was fine.

Quick Family Trip

Clean room, no bugs, no bad smells, no noise...so that was all good :) Hot water in the shower did not work and dryer did not work. They did offer to repair and were kind about it at the fronnt.

Highly recommend staying at this condo!

My sister and I spent two nights and enjoyed every moment. The condo was perfect, it was decorated so nice, it had two showers, fireplace, sitting porch. The kitchen had every appliance you would need. The sofa in the living room made out to a bed with at least a 6 inch mattress. It was very comfortable. We only had one full day in Williamsburg so we visited Georgetown, Jamestown and Yorktown all in one day, it was a lot to do in one day so it made it really great to know that we would be going to a place that was so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.
