Nice condos-False Advertisement
Staff is over the top pleasant and always helpful. Excellent place to stay, units are located right on the ocean.
However with marketing these days the 1 BR on the water became a 2 BR facing the other units. The receptionist said, “Oh there is a pool of condos and we just give you one out of that group” I call this False Advertising !!!!! It was our 30th anniversary

Great location, could use a little updating.
Great location in Kapaa and kids loved the pool. Unit was clean, but a little dated and beds could really use new mattresses.
