We had a great stay! Loved the large table in the kitchen area to gather around. Hot tub was great to wind down at the end of the day. We also loved sitting out on the porch. The driveway has a steep angle so don't let go of your suitcase or it might roll away on you!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you had a great stay and enjoyed gathering around the large kitchen table—it’s one of our favorite spots for making memories too. It’s great to hear the hot tub and porch helped you relax and unwind at the end of the day.
And thank you for mentioning the driveway—definitely a helpful tip for future guests! We really appreciate you sharing that.
We’d love to host you again for another relaxing getaway!
Overall everything was good. The Gas grill was great instead of having charcoal. It got a little chili in the evening so it would had been nice if the gas was still on for the fire place but we managed just fine.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and made good use of the gas grill—it’s definitely a guest favorite.
We appreciate your note about the fireplace as well. We understand how a little extra warmth in the evenings can make things even more comfortable, and we’ll take that into consideration as we continue improving the experience.
It’s great to hear you were still able to enjoy your time, and we’d love to host you again on your next visit!
The cabin was very well equipped and clean. Very close proximity to the Island in Pigeon Forge and easy drive to cabin.

Had issues from the minute we got to the cabin. First, I was given the wrong door code. That was easily fixed. AC was not working on the top floor & it took several hours for someone to come out. A tech came out and determined it could not be fixed that night. I was contacted and told that portable AC units would be provided the next day. And they finally were in late afternoon. One was vented outside and one was vented into the bathroom, making the bedroom even hotter. The one that was vented to the outside filled up in the middle of the night and shut off. Because of the way it was installed the door leading to the deck couldn’t be open to let any air into the room. Both couples staying in the two bedrooms left the next day because it was too miserable to sleep in the bedrooms. But before they did the smoke alarm on the upstairs had a dying battery so it started beeping at 3:30 in the morning and didn’t stop until someone came out and change the battery. The sofa bed on the lower level was disgusting and dirty so it couldn’t be used. The cabin was also dirtier than any I’ve stayed in in the past. It was large, roomy, and other than the issues we had that we’re not taken care of it would’ve been perfect. I feel like the owner could’ve Offered alternative accommodation for the two couples that were in the bedrooms that had no AC, or at the very least a refund of one nights charges.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. I want to begin by sincerely apologizing for the series of issues you experienced during your stay. It's clear that your visit was not what it should have been, and I completely understand your frustration.
From the initial inconvenience with the door code to the challenges with the upstairs AC, the portable units, the smoke alarm in the middle of the night, and the condition of the sofa bed — I’m truly sorry that these problems disrupted your time at the cabin. These are not the standards we strive to maintain, and I regret that our responses were not timely or effective enough to make the situation right in the moment.
It’s especially disheartening to hear that two couples in your group felt they had to leave early due to the temperature and discomfort. We also take your cleanliness concerns very seriously, and I’ll be addressing this directly with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again.
You're absolutely right that we could have done more — whether by offering alternate accommodations or a more proactive solution. I understand your disappointment, and I agree that a gesture of compensation is appropriate given the circumstances.
We truly value your feedback, and while we can’t undo this experience, we hope to regain your trust.
