Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If you can’t leave anything but a great VRBO review, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we can make it right.
Turn off the AC found at the bar area. Take all garbage to the garbage can found at the end of the driveway, by the main road.

A beautifully picturesque property inside and out with everything you need for a large-group getaway. Secluded among rolling hills yet conveniently located within an hour-drive of plenty of recreational options, both outdoor and in-town. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a spectacular view! The online pictures can't fully depict the experience from the main floor and deck. The kitchen has everything needed to entertain a large group. Served as a great home base for our time exploring Bozeman. Thanks for sharing this homes with our family.

The house is beautiful and the property has the most gorgeous views! We hosted our small wedding at this house and it was amazing. The hosts were super accommodating and did a good job communicating throughout the whole process. A few hiccups when we arrived but they addressed the issues promptly which I appreciated. Overall we had a fantastic stay and it was a good experience!

Beautiful house with excellent views

This is a premium home situated at a high elevation point only 10 miles north of Bozeman airport that provides wide open views of the scenery all around. Bedrooms and bathrooms are high end and the kitchen is top notch. Three official king bedrooms, but also a den and a family room area set up for more guests. I’ve been both a renter and owner of vacation properties and can confirm this one is a winner.

Wonderful Stay, Beautiful House and Property

My family and I had a wonderful time at the beautiful Belgrade house. The house is a luxury home and supplies everything needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the home are spectacular. The house is very large and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the house. Clearly a lot of thought went into the design of this house. The kitchen is fantastic and well organized. Theresa (Host) was very responsive to any inquiries. Bozeman is within 25 mins and the Bozo airport s 15 mins away, but you won't hear any airport noise. If you love being away in a beautiful, quiet sanctuary, this house is for you. Yellowstone was beyond amazing, if you visit Montana, this is a must. Loved our stay and visit to Montana.

You won't find another property in the valley with the same glorious views of the 5 mountain ranges: Bridgers, Gallatins, Highlands, Elkhorns and Tobacco Roots.

What makes this property unique

The home is a perfect haven to unwind with family and friends. We have had many of large gatherings here. The house is outfitted with all you will need to have a successful stay. It is a short 15 minute drive on paved roads to the Big Sky/Gallatin Airport. Interstate I-90 is 10minutes away. Yellowstone is a brief 90 minute drive away. World renowned Big Sky ski resort is only 60 minutes away. The quaint town of Belgrade has all you need for quick shopping and restaurants. If you want to venture into larger Bozeman 25 minutes away, you will find unique shops, tasty restaurants and Montana State University.
