Comfy tropical themed home, perfectly situated close to Warm Mineral Springs and Wellen Park, Short drive to Englewood beach where you can search for shark’s teeth. Go North to Venice Beach or spend time at our nations top rated beach, Siesta key in Sarasota. A short trip South to Sunseekers resort on Charlotte Harbor. Minutes from Punta Gorda Airport.
Kitchen is fully stocked with the exception of food. Cooking implements include; stove top, microwave, toaster oven, Cuisinart Air Fryer/Baker/Broiler/Toaster Oven, Keurig coffee maker. No oven.
2nd bathroom is outdoor entry and includes washer and dryer. Paved walkway to outdoor shower.
Master bedroom boasts new memory foam king sized bed, TV and ceiling fan. Linens provided.
2nd bedroom has heavy drapery enclosure and comfy queen sized futon with linens provided.
Back yard is fenced in and dog friendly. Landscape is in progress.

Great Place!

What a wonderful home! We had all the amenities we needed and a big back yard for our pups. It is beautifully decorated and cozy as well. Enjoyed meals out on the back patio as the weather was very pleasant. King size bed is very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Holly and Matt have been wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Great location. Close to many activities and shopping. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Hi, I’m Holly. Before moving to Florida my husband Matt and I used to rent out a beach house in North Myrtle Beach. We were right next door and loved seeing happy people enjoying their vacations. One day, I would love to run a bed and breakfast. I love making spaces feel cozy and special and Matt can build and fix anything. We hope you enjoy your stay and feel at home.

Great home base, located just off of Tamiami Trail near Warm Mineral Springs. WMS is on the register of historical places and has the highest mineral content of any natural spring in the U.S. Amazing beaches within 20-45 min drive. A few miles from Cool Today Park where the Atlanta Braves have Spring Training.
Similar distance to both Fort Myers and Tampa Cities/Airports.
