Beautiful Renovated 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom vacation rental with a private backyard.
The house itself is a bungalow duplex that has two completely self-contained units.
Very Clean and Bright, Tastefully Decorated, Cool and Relaxing.
Right across from Famous Warm Mineral Springs and a short drive away from three major beaches: Venice Beach, Manasota Beach and only 35 min. away from #1 Beach in North America: Siesta Key Beach!
Close to shops and restaurants. Very quiet and safe area.
The house itself is a bungalow duplex that has two self-contained units. You will have your private unit access, parking spot and backyard space.
Lanai, backyard and laundry are shared between units.
This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans etc.); lovely and cozy family room with a soft couch and TV with entertainment channels. There is a wireless internet connect everywhere in the unit.
There is one bedroom with two double size beds. The unit has one washroom (towels are provided). The garden has beautiful trees.

A quick visit to look at snow bird homes

This was the perfect place for us! Location was wonderful, kitchen was well stocked, very nice shower, beds comfy and I Ioved the sheets. The washer and dryer were great to go home with clean clothes and our host was extremely responsive. We will be back!!

Close to everything

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very close to stores and restaurants and not too long of a drive to Sarasota and the beaches. The home had everything we needed for our stay and Marina was very quick to answer if I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!

This apartment was very cute, in a good location. It was a quiet neighborhood. There were guests on the other side of the duplex but I didn't hear them. Perfect for me this trip.

Nice Property at a great price

This is a nice small unit, great for a couple or 2 friends who don't mind sharing a bedroom. The two double beds still allow walking space and are not too crowded. The kitchen/living area is quite comfortable, though a little dark for my taste. The lanai is lovely, wish the weather had been more cooperative so I could have enjoyed it a lot more. The bath is small but has everything you need. The location was ideal for me as I was visiting my son and his family who live in North Port. It is close enough to Sarasota for a day visit as well as Fort Myers. I would definitely stay again if I need a place that fits in their minimum time limits.

off the beaten path

It was OK for a short trip. It's a converted garage into a living room and kitchen. Kitchen was good for breakfast but not for cooking a dinner. There is a step down from the bedroom which is part of the original house into the converted garage area that for seniors, is a trip hazard. I had to put tape across the edge to alert me of the lip.Laundry room is an outside entrance and not well lit at night. Driveway is for one car but the building is split in 2 apartments so you have to share it with another car. Could use a paint of coat for sure. This was a one time only booking.

Very Pleasant

Lodging was in short supply last month after the hurricane. We found this rental and were very pleased with both the unit and the price. Marina is a conscientious hostess providing a very clean, well--ordered duplex apartment in a quiet neighborhood. No complaints whatsoever; we will return if needed in the future.

A Definite YES to staying here again...

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located between Venice and Port Charles/Punta Gorda and close to Englewood. Sarasota is also just a short drive away. Easy access and check-in. All the amenities that we needed including laundry, office space, a lanai for sitting and drinking morning coffee. Very clean and tidy. Marlina, our hostess, was accommodating and great with communication. Very reasonably priced and well-worth the stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Affordable Flordia Getaway

Overall the property was great and I greatly enjoyed my time spend in the North Port area exploring beaches and local parks. Marina was quick to respond to any and all questions which I greatly appreciated. The Lanai was the best part of the property to enjoy in the mornings with a cup of coffee and a book! The place was pretty clean other than the floor of the shower which could use a good scrubbing! The place is represented well by the pictures in the posting and the kitchen is pretty well stocked to cook most meals. Also just note that since the property is right across from the Warm Mineral Springs many days there is a strong sulfur odor around the property.

Marina is an excellent host and the place is very clean , great location , easy access to everything, the communication with her was excellent and quick response, very cozy place with everything we need it. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again when visiting the area .
