Charming ranch-style home! Fully furnished interior including a chef’s kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs. Relax in cozy living spaces or on the outdoor deck with a BBQ grill. The home features comfortable king and queen beds, 2 bathrooms, and onsite parking for multiple vehicles.

Formally known as "The Nanny Goat Luxe Getaway"

This is a stand alone ranch style house no other buildings are attached.

Private backyard with a deck is additional living area during summer time. The deck is approximately 500 sq. ft.

The garage is not included with booking. We have an owners closet that is locked inside the home.

Fantastic Anchorage Stay – Perfect for Two Couples!We absolutely loved our three-night stay at this wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Anchorage! It was great for our group of two couples. One bedroom featured its own private bathroom, while the other, slightly smaller bedroom had a comfortable queen bed and convenient access to the full bathroom right off the living area. This layout gave everyone separate space and privacy.The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully updated, and comfortable. While it is located a little ways out of town, we found the area to be quiet, and very easily accessible for driving to local sights.To top it off, communication with the host was great from start to finish. They made check-in and check-out seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing base camp for their Alaskan adventures and would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is amazing! It is in a family friendly neighborhood, waking distance from Fred Meyers, restaurants, and beautiful walking paths. Conveniently located within a 3-mile radius from stores: Fred Meyers, Coffee Shops, Target, Costco, Safeway, and Dimond Mall just minutes away. Parking available on-site.

What makes this property unique

This ranch style home is conveniently laid out for hosting family or friends inside during winter months or outside along the deck and easy access to the kitchen with the partially wrap around deck. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies you would find in your own home, along with a BBQ for summer time grilling! During the summer time the backyard has a beautiful deck where you can relax, soak up the sun, play some games, and BBQ with your family and friends.
