Seaside Serenity features Breathtaking Ocean Views and Direct Beach Access

This fully custom Tuscan townhome, featuring ocean views and boardwalk access, for the first time, is available to be your vacation spot this summer. The home, including 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2 car garage, sleeps 15 in beds and is fully equipped to accommodate all your guests. Enjoy direct beach access, with 10 provided beach tags. After your fun in the sun, come home, rinse off in the outdoor shower, wash your bathing suits in the washer and dryer, and enjoy board games with your family in our open-concept living area. The home's bedroom configuration is a Master Suite with a King bed and private full bath, a Junior Suite with a queen bed and private full bath, and two additional bedrooms that share a full hallway bath. One of the additional bedrooms has two bunks and a trundle and sleeps five. The other has a double bunk, twin bunk, and trundle and sleeps 6. Additionally, the family room includes a queen pullout couch.
