The villa spans two main levels and is surrounded by a beautiful garden, filled with aromatic herbs that guests are welcome to use for cooking, along with native Aegean plants and seasonal flowers. The verandas overlook the port, the sea, and the nearby islands, creating multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the view throughout the day.
At the upper level, a spacious terrace becomes the heart of outdoor living. A pergola-covered dining area shelters a monastery-style wooden table, comfortably seating up to eight guests—ideal for long summer dinners, sunset gatherings, and memorable moments.
The main living level welcomes you with an inviting entrance leading to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for up to six people. The living room is warm and charming, featuring a built-in fireplace, roof fan, aircondition, TV and carefully selected furnishings that create a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. A guest WC is also located on this level for convenience.
On the ground level, the sleeping quarters offer privacy and tranquility. The stylish master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while the cosy second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a separate bathroom and shower.
