Traditional stone villa with a swimming pool and a fantastic sea view

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats a day going to and from the Island. Kea has few hotels, so mostly private houses are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique look. The island has retained its natural charm and is ideal for those that want to relax in the sun and swim in the crystal blue waters of Kea.

The villa is located in the area of Otzia and is in a small complex of three villas, each completely independent of each other. The villa is on two levels, the ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. Near the swimming pool there is a guest house, with a bedroom, that sleeps three people and a bathroom.

Surrounding the villa is a large terrace, with a swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Amenities: Internet, Flat screen TV, air-conditioning, stereo, DVD player, music library, mosquito blinds, small oven, hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, multi-blender, pool shower, covered parking for 2 cars, indoor dining for 6 people, three outdoor dining tables for 8 people each, various outdoor sofas etc., three double beds, one single bed.

5 nights minimum stay. Pets considered, smoking allowed. Quiet time 3pm to 6pm and after 12 at night. Check-in 4pm - check-out 11am.

The villa was amazing! The views were incredible and the property is incredibly well maintained. To be able to sit under the veranda or be in the pool and see the entire Mediterranean Sea stretched out in front of you with the waves hitting the rocks was an amazing and relaxing experience.Maria who handles the property is equally as amazing. She met us a the port and took us to the property to ensure we had no issues. Gave us great tips for the island and walked us through the property answering any questions. We had her phone number and she immediately picked up when we called to answer any questions. Recommend this property 100%.

The location if the property is beautiful and mostly quiet. Depends on who is occupying the adjacent properties.Unfortunately there were a few things inside the villa that were not as expected considering the price. The internet is adaquate if you just need to check socials a couple of times a day. However, if you're dependant on phone signal or WiFi for work you will struggle.We werealso slightly disappointed that there wasnt enough toilet roll for a five night stay, and that the kitchen was lacking in utensils and any kind of basic cooking ingredients. We would have expected both salt and pepper as a minimum. No herbs, oil etc etc.The showers, although powerful had to be hand held.If these things arent important then you will have a lovely stay. The outside spaces are exceptional and Maria our host couldn't have been more helpful.

I would like to reply to some of comments. The internet can sometimes be a bit of a problem, but you are the first to say it not good enough, we have had groups on work holidays and they have not said anything. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper in each of the 3 bathrooms and 2 large packs (10 rolls in each) above the washing machine. Under the kitchen sink there was a new bottle of olive oil and vinegar, there was also salt and pepper. I will arrange from now to have these items on the kitchen counter. There was also coffee capsules, sugar and tea. In the large cupboard where the plates were , in the lower section t here were 2 large pots, 2 small pots and 2 frying pans. In the drawer there were all the cooking utensils someone could want, from cooking knives, spatulas, serving spoons, salad and spagetti serving forks and spoons and in some cases double. I wish you had asked us about any issues you had.

The stay was wonderful and everything that was expected as per the property description was there.The property manager and property owner waited for us at the port to guide us to the house. all explanations provided by the property owner were accurate and covered all necessary points. Also provided a booklet with places of interest in the island.The house was super clean, comfortable, and the view was spectacular.The property owner lived next door and was always supportive whenever needed.The property have three outdoor sitting areas so, regardless of wind conditions, always some area is comfortable for sitting.A big thanks to the owner for helping make this stay special for our family.The property has two bedrooms in the main house, both with a double bed, and an additional separate small house with a double and a single house 5 meters away from the main house. Property has 2 bathrooms in the main house and one in the additional house, all with hot water.The kitchen has all necessary cooking and serving items, and all equipment in very good working condition.It was a pleasure to stay in this property and look forward to visiting again with y family in the future

Très belle villa, magnifiquement bien située sur l'ile avec une vue imprenable !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines délicieuses à dans cette jolie maison. Les divers espaces extérieurs sont très bien aménagés. Nous y avons résidés à 2 couples et 3 enfants très confortablement. Parfait pour un séjour au calme, loin des touristes et du bruit. Seul bémol - la maison est très exposée au vent qui lui peut souffler fort et pendant plusieurs jours d'affilé.
