We absolutely loved our stay in Lewes. The house is stunning. The master suite is even better in person. The kitchen has high end appliances and cabinetry. We were happy to have access to the garage as well. My only suggestion would be more lighting around the pool for evening swims! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lewes!

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super good time for everyone not having to leave property to go swimming any time of day. Pool maintenance created an issue because many chemicals had to be used and we could not go into the pool for more than a day.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that everyone had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of having a pool right at the property. We’re sorry that the pool maintenance affected your stay and limited your ability to use it for more than a day. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when pool access is an important part of the vacation experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your concerns with the appropriate team. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable getaway! Lewes Rental Team

Great House but not complete

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house on 413 Virden Way is beautiful, however, it is clear it is a newer rental. There are multiple large mirrors leaning against the wall and my 2 year old son almost had one fall on him where he could have been severely injured. In addition, there is an 'attic' type space next to the room with two twin beds where there is exposed insulation and an open space where someone could potentially fall through the ceiling (THIS ROOM NEEDS TO BE LOCKED!!). Outside of this the house is beautiful and location is great but please look at the house from a perspective of a renter with small kids. There are multiple liabilities currently at this property.
Response from VrboOwner on 16 Sept 2025
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at 413 Virden Way. While we're happy to hear you found the house beautiful and the location great, we are extremely concerned by the safety issues you've brought to our attention. We want to sincerely apologize for the serious hazards you encountered with the large mirrors and the open attic space. The safety of our guests is our top priority, and we are horrified to learn that your son was put in a potentially dangerous situation. This is completely unacceptable, and we are grateful that you brought it to our immediate attention before a serious injury occurred. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will absolutely take your advice to review the property from the perspective of a family with small children to identify any other potential liabilities. Thank you again for taking the time to share this with us. We appreciate you trusting us with this important information. Lewes Rental Team

Loved the House/Pool/Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. The pool was perfect. the location was great. the house was clean and well stocked with beach towels and floats for the pool. the kitchen was well stocked, there was toilet paper in the bathrooms. We left coffee filters for the coffee maker and salt for next renters. Those were the only problem.
