We had a wonderful stay at this delightful VRBO. Check-in was seamless. It was great meeting the host and she was reachable if we had any questions. It was a perfect location to Camden, Rockport and Rockland. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully situated. Location superb for Rockport and other points to visit such as Camden (such as the harbor, State Park, Galway cows), Rockland, Lincolnville. Private, quiet, well appointed kitchen and well equipped bedroom, bath, sunroom, living room. Host very responsive to any questions, and easy place to park.

Perfect for two with plenty of room . A nice patio and back yard. Elizabeth was a lovely host, made sure that everything was available. The complementary bottle of wine was much appreciated. The house is a two minute walk to the harbor so there may even be views in the winter. Highly recommended

Thank you Malinda. Sorry that our paths did not cross accept for passing on the road somewhere in the dark! Glad it all worked out for you. Happy to host you again in the future should you find yourself coming back this way. Elizabeth

The online pictures do not do this place justice. The interior is exquisitely furnished with antiques, works of art and oriental rugs. Every appliance, utensil, serving piece and stemware and pottery item one could need is in the kitchen. There is a nice natural secluded patio behind the house but only a seasonal view of the Rockport harbor. The suite is on one floor but there are four large granite steps leading up to the front door which could pose some accessibility issues. The house is conveniently located to get to downtown and to neighboring Camden and Rockland. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful (with wonderful restaurant suggestions). The only thing for which we might have wished would have been a large, comfortable chair (or two) for reading during the one day of rain we had during our visit.

Visit to Rockport

Pleasant visit to Maine and accommodations. Even Summer in Maine requires air conditioning.

Renee was a great guest and left the suite in excellent condition. An A/C was provided and totally agree with her that summers these days in Maine require one! Be happy to host her again someday.

Our stay was excellent. The property is truly steps away from the Rockport harbor; the rental apartment within this house is private, with a lovely garden sitting area in back. The apartment, spotless and very comfortable, with all amenities included; very comfortable and a superb location. Truly enchanting, really. Lovely.

Delightful Rockport Retreat

The location is perfect, a brief walk to the harbor. Proximity to nearby Camden and Rockland is ideal. All aspects of the property were excellent. A full kitchen is supplied with with everything you could possibly need. The furnishings are from around the world and both fascinating and tasteful. There is a charming sunroom which is warm and inviting. Our hostess was extremely helpful and accommodating.

We're not into wine but this home is incredibly comfortable and beautiful at the same time. Lots of windows that let the outside in and the inside out. Sun room is bright most of the day. Yard is stunning with a mix of trees shrubs and granite. Location could not be better. Walk to downtown, the harbor or through neighborhoods. great restaurants close by and many more in Camden. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd ever need. Comfortable bed. Just a great 3 days.

I was pleased to host the Sorenson couple in my home and delighted that they enjoyed their stay. Very pleasant people who were responsible for the safety of my home ensuring that the door was locked. Very respectful and it would be my pleasure to host them again.

Great location to explore Rockport and the surrounding towns. Short walk to the harbor. Very quite neighborhood. Bedroom dresser draws were full and not available. Small AC unit only in bedroom. More shelves for storage in bathroom would be an improvement. Host is very nice and communicated well.
