We're right outside of the heartbeat of Indianapolis with about a 15min drive to reach the city, and just a couple min off of I-69 in a friendly & safe (2 doors down from the new Police station) residential farm area. Its about a 4min drive to Center Grove, Mallow Run Winery (free tastings!), Taxman Brewery and amazing downtown Bargersville- Check out Pizza & Libations, UpCellar, Coffeehouse Five or the Farmers Market on Weds.

Guests will enjoy our newly finished carriage house apartment above the separate garage.
Private stairway entrance leads to your apartment, next to your private wood fenced area with a solo stove and chairs. This complete private space with private wood fenced in yard area is perfect for pets, lil ones or drunk relatives. Pond access for catch and release. Bring your own poles/bait.

So many different birds here including hummingbirds during warmers months. We even have a resident heron, Bill.
Deer, chipmunks, frogs, rabbits, crawdads, chupacabra...(No hunting allowed).
Come and get away for a day, a week, a year...FOREVER...
Sleeping arrangements: Queen size bed and a modular black chair lounger that pulls out as a twin bed. All Bedding provided. Smart TV (with all the apps) pulls away from the wall, faces any direction. Please use your sign-in for any apps used.
-NO SMOKING, please clean up after pets.
-Not handicap accessible. :)


Please do not enter black aluminum fenced area, that is for our personal use and foster dogs. If you say nice things (or have any food) our boy, Rocko, will talk to you and demand belly rubs. Park in front of the basketball hoop or gravel pad on the left at the end of the gravel driveway.
We can provide basketball for shooting some hoops. No smoking inside please :)
