Its walking distance to mouthwatering restaurants & short drive to the famous Marshwalk. Only minutes away from 3 different beaches (Garden City, Surfside & Huntington Beach State Park). Also, minutes from the Lovely Brook Green Gardens. This house has Plenty of comforts of home with a private balcony to relax and unwind and enjoy nature at its finest. Has a covered parking space and room for other cars to park.
