Beautiful Floridian Oasis with Heated Pool, Hot Tub and Close to Beaches!

Incredible Golf Course Community with many walking and biking trails, tennis court and play ground for the kids. Enjoy a beautiful, quiet, natural setting and casual living in this impressive custom-built home.

Our home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large open layout that is perfect for a large family or for entertaining. As you enter you will love the spacious feel of the high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light overlooking the beautiful views of pool and tropical landscape. The open layout includes a Dining room, Living room and an open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island. The bedrooms are split between the main living area to provide privacy for all. The Primary King bedroom features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large shower, double vanity and dual walk-in closets. It also features sliding door access onto the pool patio. On the other side of the living room, you will find the 2nd Queen bedroom with direct access onto the pool patio. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds. The Outdoor living space is perfect for fully enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The Heated Spa spills into the heated pool and is surrounded by a spacious Lanai with a beautiful outdoor kitchen/grilling area. The pool patio enclosure allows you to enjoy the Florida lifestyle in its fullest.

*Baby fence for the pool at property, will put up at request.

*Garage use is NOT included with this rental. We do have a large driveway where you are able to park up to 4 cars. NO on grass parking and NO parking of any type of watercraft, motorhome, trailers or recreational vehicle on the premises.

*Ring Camera at the front door and pool heater.

* Beach Essentials included beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, fishing pole and towels as well as a sand sifter to hunt for beach treasures and shark teeth!

This house is one of the best you will find! Pool and hot tub were amazing, had all the amenities you'll need and a very clean and beautiful house! Tatyana is an amazing host and qas very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be staying here again when back in town!!

Beautiful home close to the beach

This place was everything we were looking for in a house. Communication was quick and the house was super clean. Kids had a great time in the pool, and I had forgotten how much I love a hot tub.

Beautiful villa, we have stayed in many villas in Rotonda and this has to be one of the best. Exceptionally clean & great cooking area.The pool area was great and close to beautiful beaches, our favourite being Boca Grande. The owner got back to you straight away if any questions. My husband and 3 boys also enjoyed fishing in the area.

Amazing stay!

We stayed at this beautiful Rotonda house while visiting my parents, and everything about it was perfect! It was clean, well decorated, and the furniture was comfortable. The pool was nice and warm and we loved the hot tub! Everything we needed was provided for us. The house was spacious and private. We loved it and hope to stay again!

Just wow!

This property is beautiful! The decor is stylish and the furniture is comfortable. We spent our time in the hot tub and pool- which was amazing. Property owner responded quickly. A great weekend!

Perfect vacation property!!

We loved staying here. The property is well thought out and set up for a few people or a larger group to stay. We especially enjoyed the his and her closets in the master bedroom. The rooms are large and roomy and decorated super nice! A perfect balance of comfort, fun, and all amenities. The pool and hot tub was so nice to have it all to ourselves. The large kitchen made meal prep very easy. The owners were easy to reach and super helpful with all our questions. Everything was top-notch and made for a very relaxing and memorable vacation. We would love to come back someday!

Vacay Your Best in Rotunda West

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house! It was the perfect getaway for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. The house is beautiful, with the perfect decor and spacious rooms that allowed everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The house was located close to restaurants and shops making it convenient to get groceries and souvenirs!The highlight for the kids was definitely the pool—plenty of space for swimming and playing, and the hot tub was the perfect way to start and end our days.The house was fully equipped with everything we needed with the exception of a bread knife to cut the delicious sourdough we ordered made by the host! Overall, it was a perfect balance of comfort and fun for both adults and children. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yet entertaining getaway!

Beautiful Home

We stayed here recently and the home was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was friendly and responsive when communicating. The pool is wonderful and warm, as well as a hot tub that heats up quickly for the chilly nights. There were a few floaties and other pool toys as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable with high quality bedding. There was an excellent selection of items to use if going to the beach, including equipment for looking for sharks teeth! Overall I highly recommend this home for your next stay to Florida - we definitely will be back!
