We enjoyed the property. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We did not play every game in the house.. but mad a great attempt! The kids loved the pool.. hopefully not too loud for the neighbors. The house was clean and fresh smelling. Would consider a return for next year.

Gorgeous for a getaway

We were thrilled with this place! Video games kept the kids entertained…but the pool was GREAT! Fully stocked kitchen…bathrooms were perfect. We would definitely stay again!

Quick Stay - Great Play

Well maintained property in quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to key attractions. Game room and board games kept us busy during our time in the house. Pro Tip: if you’re thinking of ordering out while you’re there…Mr. Jim’s Pizza is THE ONLY WAY TO GO.

Perfect local getaway here in Fort Worth!

Was a great 2 days of peace and relaxing with my wife a few days! No kids or dogs, and just what we needed! Pool, house and backyard was perfect, private and a treat. Will be back to relax in hot tub once it cools off and play more arcade games.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and inviting. The games were a great additional touch! Our host was friendly, responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was peaceful. There was plenty of room to have our family comfortable, spend some quality time together as well as having the space for me to step away and have a quiet space to work when needed. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We will definitely book again next time we visit! Thank you for your hospitality!

Comfortable, stylish, fun house in quiet residential area

Stylishly decorated and furnished (similar to what you would see in a house magazine). Relaxing hot tub and fun arcade games and foosball table and nice large TVs throughout. Quiet residential neighborhood with no loud/busy traffic. Highly recommend this property and host was responsive and helpful with house information or questions. Thank you to the host for renting us this house!

This place is a diamond in disguise. Perfectly located (in a great, safe, neighborhood) between Dallas and Fort Worth. We were only minutes from all our locations. Beautiful Home in North Richland Hills

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home that's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our host, Mia, communicated well throughout the entire process and made us feel welcomed when we arrived. We loved how well-equipped the entire home was, including the outdoor area! The home included extra amenities and everything we could possibly need during our stay. My family really enjoyed the arcade games, board games, and pool. The only hiccup was the hot tub didn’t work until our last day there but Mia did what she could to remedy the issue, which was greatly appreciated. We definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and fun place to stay!

Renter Be Aware: We really wanted to give this property a 4 or 5 but it was really difficult since it is not what I thought we were paying for. We were looking for a home that specifically had a pool, jacuzzi, and video games for the kids. The property delivered on the pool and video games (barely). In several of the property photos, it shows a jacuzzi/hot tub with the pool and on porch of the back of the home. In the interior photos, it shows one of the most popular arcade games (Mortal Kombat II) in the Pokemon room, which my boys were excited about because they love that game. So knowing the property checked off several of our wants in a home, we went ahead and booked it and were excited for our stay! When we arrived, we were sadly disappointed to learn that there was no hot tub on the porch and the attached jacuzzi on the pool (the one with the flamingo in the photo) is actually not a working jacuzzi but a so called "water feature". I immediately thought it was a mistake but even in their home manual it shows how to operate the jacuzzi/hot tub. Then there was no Mortal Kombat in the room but another arcade game. Then some of the arcade games in the home were not working either. Overall, the property is great but the photos are not representative of the home or experience. The owners told us that we should have read the notes in the listing to learn about the water feature. Sadly, it was the photos that sold us and didn't know we had to read every detail in the listing.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our listing accurately describes the property. It clearly states that the home does not have a heated hot tub. While there is an in-ground spa attached to the pool, it does not have a heating function, which is common for many pool/spa combinations in Texas. The listing also explained that the former standalone hot tub was replaced with a putting green. The instructions for former hot tub was not updated in the house manual; however, guests don't even get to see the house manual until they arrive to our house--so this should not have been a factor in your decision-making. Regarding the arcade games, our listing clearly notes that specific game titles are subject to change due to maintenance and availability. During your stay, only the Mortal Kombat arcade machine had been replaced with another popular arcade game, Pong. If you had let us know it was important to you, we would have gladly swapped it back during your stay. We simply thought that Pong was more age-appropriate but have since swapped it back to Mortal Kombat. We encourage guests to review the listing description before booking and don't hesitate to ask if there is any question.

This place was outstanding. Well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals and grill by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. The space was perfect for gathering throughout the day but with plenty of spots for us to relax individually. I neededto do some remote work each day and there were 3 different areas where I had a great setup and could work uninterrupted without stopping the fun for the rest of the family. The host was very responsive to requests and questions. Highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again.
