Family and friends will love the spaciousness with 2 living room spaces, enormous deck space, swimming pool and game room area. The home features sought after amenities like a pool table, game room, swimming pool, open air bar and kayaks.

Features: 3 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2.5 baths
Heated Pool open June, July and August (September dates tbd). Just added a pickleball court. Enjoy!!

The property was as described. Our group of 7 ( including a child & a toddler) were very comfortable here! Beds were firm/comfortable. The parents & toddler were grateful for a bedroom/bath in basement which was more quiet & private. We LOVED having a flat top grill! We were very appreciative of the game room!! It was entertaining for all of us. The beach items ( chairs, coolers , towels & toys) were a big plus! We loved having a pool. We were grateful for the washer & dryer on site. The only weakness may be the noise from the interstate, but it was not a deal-breaker. We didn’t need anything from the host, but communication before the trip & at check out was very prompt! Thank you for a great stay!

Lots of games, pool, great location. Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids were thoroughly entertained! Well stocked garage with beach / pool towels and toys as well. Would recommend!

Nice Place

The property is very nice, we all really enjoyed the pool and game room. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us who stayed. If you don't mind some noise from the highway, this is a great spot.

House was great; clean, privately located but easy to get to activities in surrounding areas, and the pool was great. The blacktop grill was awesome for meals. The garage game room was very fun for the kids, it does get pretty hot in there on a hot day though.

Fun spot close to all the best of Southwest Michigan!

The house is absolutely perfect for family time. The game room was a huge hit with our kids and provided hours of entertainment on a rainy day. Being right on the river with access to the kayaks was awesome too! The house is the perfect location to access all the best restaurants and beaches easily as well. We can't wait to visit again!

Dunes vacation

Cabin was clean and spacious enough to accommodate all of our family. We were there to visit the Indiana Dunes and Lake Michigan, but there was so much to do at the cabin that we spent more time there than I thought we would! Adults and kids all enjoyed the garage entertainment room, swimming in the pool, and fishing and kayaking in the river!

This house worked well for a family gathering! Game room was fun, lots to do, lots of space to move around. Super clean and comfortable. Pictures perfectly described accommodations. Road noise was a little off-putting.

Fun, well-equipped home

This property has all you need for a great time away. We came end of July and enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and game room. It is a large house with all the amenities needed. Close to town line beach, New Buffalo and Union Pier. While it is secluded, you can hear I-94, overall would highly recommend!

Family Fun

The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the pool, the beach, kayaking, and playing games. There were several areas to relax and have fun together. We had lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. This was a wonderful place for lots of fun with the family in a beautiful setting. Thank you!

Wonderful home!

This home was perfect for a getaway for our friend group. There was so much space in the house and tons of outdoor space between the two patios, pool, and yard. There are so many great activities at the house itself to the point where you don’t even need to leave it for a weekend stay. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
