Guys Weekend in Scottsdale

Fantastic location with plenty of space and all the amenities you could want. We had 14 adults and everyone had a blast. Close to golf and downtown, but in reality you don’t even need to leave the house. Brian was a fantastic host. Would stay again 100%

This is a beautiful home, very clean, easily accommodated our 2 families with 12 people total. The kitchen is very large, 2 islands, commercial appliances throughout, with plenty of pots/pans/dishes/plates/seasonings/condiments/everything! We spent a lot of time here - a true joy to make meals and visit. Huge TV & super-large cozy couch for wind-down evenings, great game room, beautiful pool, fire pit and outdoor grill / kitchen area. Also everyone enjoyed the pickleball court. All bedrooms were wonderful, with the master unbelievably nice. Last but not least, owner Brian was great to work with - very responsive to questions & very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO. The property itself was awesome — exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything was set up perfectly and made for a great overall experience.To be completely transparent, a previous VRBO we rented (not this one) went horribly, which had us a little hesitant going into this trip. That said, Brian completely restored our faith in VRBO. He was above top notch — extremely friendly, personable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made everything easy, was quick to respond, and was great to get along with. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having a great stay.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking.

Spacious and 5 star amenities

Amazing time with Brian’s listing. The place is very spacious and had more than enough room for 14 guests. Patio is perfectly setup and interactive. Listing is as advertised and the photos don’t do the property justice - it was much larger in person! Brian was very easy to get a hold either through a call or text - and always responded in a timely manner. Overall, would recommend to bigger groups or larger families, you won’t regret it!

Perfect for large group!

Stayed at Sundown Ranchos for a long weekend in town for a bachelor party. This place is amazing, and a 20 min drive from the airport and old town Scottsdale. As far as large rentals go, was impressed that everything worked as advertised - from the sport court to the heated pool to the music streaming system across the whole house - we had no issues. The host was accommodating and quick to respond with direction or recommendations. Was also very nice that the house had everything you needed to cook and clean, and check out instructions were very easy and there were no strange house rules. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for any large group.

Amazing property for a family gathering

We used this amazing property for a family gathering between Christmas and through new years. Our group had ages 16-79 and everyone had the best time, we only left the house to go out twice and a couple grocery runs. There’s so much to do right there, no need to go anywhere else. The rooms and beds are beautiful and so comfortable! We used all 5 bedrooms in the house and the casita which gave us plenty of space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Brian, the owner, was totally responsive and helped us quickly with anything we needed. Highly recommend for a group gathering, it won’t disappoint!

Amazing property with so much to do.

Brian's property has everything in terms of amenities and activities, and it is simply perfect for a large group looking to enjoy the Scottsdale area. 11 friends and I had an blast at his place which included our 6v6 volleyball game under the court lights while tunes played through the awesome outdoor speakers. Brian's photography is also showcased throughout the house with beautiful landscapes which add to the appeal, and his excellent communication made it easy to confirm any details. Don't hesitate to book the Sundown Ranchos! Thanks again!

EXCELLENT

I stayed at this house for a long weekend with a group of 13 guys. This is a house that ANYONE would want to live in. It is big enough where you can almost get lost in it. It was immaculate, not one stain or speck of dust anywhere. The furniture, fixtures, appliances, and TV/media are all top notch. The back yard could be mistaken for a resort. Brian was very professional and articulate with his communication and instructions for our stay at the house. The property is in a very nice residential area, and centrally located, being 20 minutes or less from the airport, Old Town Scottsdale, dozens of golf courses, and many other attractions. Would gladly stay again and would highly recommend!

Incredible property!

Spent 5 days with group of 13 golfing and spring training baseball. Awesome central location to everything. Everything was a short uber ride away, no issues getting to anything we wanted at any hour of the day. Property has it all. Great ultra luxury home with well thought out outdoor amenities. We hired a chef for a couple of days and he was impressed with all the features of both outdoor and indoor kitchens. Basketball court was a big hit for late night games when weather chills. Brian the owner/manager of property was great to work with. Good communication throughout rental process. He met us at property to let us in and to show us how to use everything. Yes everything. House has plenty of high end A.V. stuff that any techy type will appreciate. Indoor pool table was also a hit that over looks the patio with double door exits. Brian was always available throughout our stay if we needed anything. We wanted to rent the UFC fight, Brian handled it, came by to ensure it was bought on cable properly and came on. Great service! Planning on staying on same property next time with large group. Would definitely recommend to all.

Absolutely perfect

The property is amazing - the location, amenities, and provisions are excellent. Brian, the host, seems to have thought of everything and is the most hospitable and helpful host I have ever encountered. We felt both at home and valued during our stay. My kids had a blast with volleyball, basketball, swimming, and ping pong, and the multiple TVs were perfect for watching the World Cup. We prepared and enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. We drove to Sedona for a day which is only two hours each way. I would absolutely stay here again with my family or with girlfriends.

Awesome

First, let me say that Brian is an amazing host - he was very responsive and anything we needed he didn't hesitate to get it for us. There was a small issue with the pool pump, however Brian had the pool guys out there promptly to rectify the issue and the pool worked awesome after that. The stereo is wonderful, along with the outdoor area. There was a brand new ping pong table that arrived during our stay which was amazing, and the outdoor area had plenty to do (whether it be basketball, volleyball, the outdoor kitchen, etc). Plenty of beds and places for individuals to sleep, with plenty of parking in the driveway. The casita was a nice addition to our stay which allowed for more sleeping arrangements, and direct access to the backyard. 10/10 would recommend this place to any individuals wanting to be close to a grocery or downtown Scottsdale! Brian was an amazing host and would highly recommend!

Top-notch Scottsdale Retreat

Brian's place is a perfect combo of relaxation and fun. Everything is high quality and easy to use. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked, the full-property sound system is awesome, and the selection of sports courts is unmatched. Brian is a great host. He's super chill, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to any questions. We're looking forward to making a return trip some day.

Awesome experience!

Brian, the host, was great! Super easy to work with. Also, the property was even better in person. We were so happy to have chosen this listing. We had 11 total people stay with us and we still had plenty of room if we needed more space! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to AZ.
