Located near great restaurants, shops, and only a moment from the soft sand of St Pete Beach, this outstanding condo in Gulf Winds will pamper you with lots of space and style.



This unique layout adds on a spacious 28' x 14' enclosed private shaded patio for outdoor dining or relaxing. It's like another living room! Outdoor dining table for six or relax in one of the two recliners.



This recently updated unit is beautifully setup for your family vacation with new tile floors throughout the unit, new furniture, all updated and new kitchen and bath. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the updated bathroom with tub/shower is located in between. The living room is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating. The Island style kitchen area, with new appliances and granite counter tops, is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD in the living room, and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.



All linens, bath and beach towels are included. Washer and dryer facilities on the property. Free high speed WiFi Internet service.

Well located on the bay with a balcony. Across the street from Treasure Island beach. Grocery store is conveniently on the same block. Bedrooms are large and nicely furnished.

We have stayed at this property before and love the location and the space it provides.

Self check-in, very responsive host, nice location right across the street from the beach and you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream. The condo is very spacious with an outdoor gated patio and has everything you would need for your beach vacation.

We did not stay at the property shown as the air conditioning went out. The company booked us at another location. The property we were booked was great, we just planned on being across from the beach and having a washer and dryer. The stay was great, but we ended up not going to the beach more than once due to the walk and not being able to let our teenagers go without us because of distance.

Great Beach Getaway!

Wonderful place in an exceptional location. Walking distance to the beach and so many local restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and steps to the Gulf. Didn't even need a car with all the nearby places and free shuttles! Itrip is always so responsive and helpful. Just a text away if we needed anything! Thanks for a great vacation!

Girls trip

This was a PERFECT condo for our trip. The location was great, we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Minutes from the beach, restaurants, live music, shopping. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Host was attentive, helpful and easy to communicate with. Two of the girls had never been to St. Pete beach and LOVED it. I highly recommend this area and especially this condo. Perfect trip!

Most important thing go me is the cleanliness of the place I’m staying, and I was not disappointed. The king bed did make a lot of noise, the headboard and/or supporting boards, whenever someone rolled over sounded like it might break, but it was comfortable. It seemed like a safe, nice area.

The good:-The property manager was super responsive and easy to work with. -Great pool that’s never super packed. - Right across the street from the beach-Walking distance to food, shopping, beach, pool, etcThe bad:- The patio is next to the dumpsters so while it’s nice to have a covered patio, the stench of rotting garbage makes it hard to sit out there and enjoy it- the property could be a little cleaner and needs updates. For example the floors were pretty dirty and the chairs in the unit had no upholstery in them.

Very convenient stay

We really enjoyed this location! Charles was very prompt and communicative. The place was quiet, but the front bed room had a lot of outside light penetrating at night, but nothing could be done about the street lights and we understood that. It was awesome that there were beach chairs and beach umbrella available for us to use!!! We walked to most places as it is super close to everything! The beaches are clean and safe. NOTE: no lifeguards in the area.
