This place place is a duplex and has been newly remodeled with new appliances,living room, bedroom suits, stove. kitchen sink area dining table.Pet friendly with Secure fenced backyard for pets.My wife and I live on side A of the duplex,side B is the rental.We will provide you with dishes, towels,bedding a 50inch television.We also have covered parking and a covered back porch with a new side gate

I have lived in central Texas and around Austin all my life and moved to Austin Austin since 1974.I have worked as locker room attendant for 18years/ banquet server/free lance Bartender.I'm also vegetarian ,my favorite sport is cycling which I do regular.I like music of all kinds.
