Kitchen and Dining Area
The stunning gourmet kitchen features premium stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a Keurig coffee machine, an expresso machine, and seating for three at the island. There is also a formal dining table with seating for six with views of the water.
Living Room
The main living area features high vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a flat-screen TV, a couch, two chairs with ottomans, and gorgeous windows looking out to the lake that let in tons of natural light.
Master
The spacious Master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a King-size bed, nightstands, large walk-in closet, dresser, flat-screen TV, a full-length mirror, and beautiful LED crown molding lights. There are sliding glass doors for access to the waterfront balcony. The attached master bath features a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, a free-standing soaking tub, a LED fog-free mirror, and a double vanity sink.
Second Level
On the second level, there is an additional living area with a couch, a loveseat, end tables, a record player, a wine cooler, and an array of board games for family fun.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the second level and features a king-size bed, floor-length mirror, nightstands, a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the waterfront balcony. There is a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink.

The third bathroom is located between the third and fourth bedroom

On the lowest level, you will find a rustic tavern area, complete with a custom live-edge wet bar, roll-up glass door opening to the waterfront balcony overlooking the pool, bar seating for three, a bar height table with seating for three, a full-size refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV with a sound bar. There is also a room on this level complete with a selfie wall and a shuffleboard table.
Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom is located on the lowest level and has a custom bunk bed featuring queen bunk beds with a queen trundle. This room has private bathroom with a shower and single vanity sink.
Outside
Outside the home you will find three waterfront balconies overlooking the pool, all with gorgeous views! You will find an array of seating areas including a screened-in sunroom just off the kitchen, a table with seating for six, and a large gathering table area with seating for 10 on the lowest level.
Pool
Enjoy access to your own private lakefront saltwater pool with option to heat for an additional fee. Enjoy a night around the custom rock firepit at the poolside cabana, complete with an 85-inch TV. Just outside the pool area is BBQ grill for your use and enjoyment.
Dock
Down at massive the private dock, you can safely enjoy swimming in the no wake cove! Featuring a swim platform, swim steps, lily pad, sun loungers, and a sound system! There is a 16’x50’ slip available, as well as plenty of cleats and space to moor on the side of the dock.

name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $1500 before check-in. By

POOL RULES
● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest's responsibility.
