Espresso Martini was about as bad of an experience as could be possible. When we arrived, the home was not clean (including a 2x2 foot area in the master bedroom) and the upstairs air conditioning was not functioning (in the 90 degree heat) and otherwise was not in good condition. The initial service technician who came in was both dishonest and rude to my wife's face. As the days passed, the air conditioning issue continued, even with a portable A/C placed in my son's bedroom. We then had to keep the downstairs very cold (low 60s) to have the upstairs even bearable. Later, we discovered that the air vents were very dirty throughout the house, and AI was telling us that the vents appeared to be showing signs of mold. The floorboards also showed what AI was indicating appeared to be black mold. Around the same time, members of our household were starting to experience respiratory issues. The property management company (Minty Living) responded by being more interested in preserving their revenue opportunity (as is evidenced by the fact that this home is still on the market instead of being fixed). We finally vacated the rental after the technician who came to look at the air vents confirmed, after putting on full protective gear, that the vents showed signs of mold. Also, check the fine print, as there are extra fees associated with using the hot tub and keeping a pet (notwithstanding how the home is advertised).A truly horrible experience.
