Walk or drive across Honey Creek Bridge to local restaurants, Honey Creek Landing Marina, and the GRDA Park. For the past 30 years we’ve called Grove home, raising our three children in this beautiful corner of Oklahoma.

Herb is a Builder and Endless Dreamer who wanted to create a memory-making property for vacationers coming to Grand Lake.

Lindsey is a Registered Nurse and Chronic Overthinker who now manages Herb’s dreams (and the properties).

We’re avid travelers, and while we’ve explored many incredible places and seen wonderful sights, there’s nothing quite like crossing Sailboat Bridge and coming HOME.
