Hidden Gem Lakehouse is the perfect vacation rental for your family! Located in Dadeville and close to all the favorite lakeside restaurants by boat or car. Only a short 30 minute drive to Auburn. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 10. All bedrooms have plush king mattresses. Guests love the outdoor fireplace w/ mounted TV to watch college football games. The bonus room has a big screen TV and Foosball table. There is also a sleeper sofa in the bonus room. No amenities were spared in this house!

The space: Hidden Gem is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house. The open floor plan makes this a desirable rental for your family. There are two primary suites with full private bathrooms, one on the main level and one on the upper level. All bedrooms are furnished with a plush king sized mattress for your comfort.
The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, counter space and a large island with extra seating. There is also a great pantry to place all of the snacks and coolers. The dining table seats 6, and can also be the center for game night. The family room is furnished with an oversized leather sectional, big enough for the entire family. Walk outside to the cover patio with fireplace and big TV. It is all just steps to the private beach and dock. The flat lot makes this a gem for kids and older folks. We also provide a kayak for your enjoyment. If you want to spend a day out on the lake, reach out to us for a private boat rental or cruise. We are here to make your stay at Lake Martin one to remember.
Guest access:
Guest have access to the entire house. There is a beach area as well as a private dock available for your use.
Other things to note:
There is room for 3 cars to park in the driveway. The kayak is on the side of the house. Please always bring it back up out of the water when finished. Our dock is the far dock on the right. The dock straight out from the house is actually the neighbors.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of towels.
Clean grill if you used it. Turn off gas.
Return kayaks, paddle board and oars to side of house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No wake zone through the cove. Always beware of other boaters, kayakers and swimmers. No diving in the water at anytime. Children must be supervised.
Please only use Sweet Serenity's dock, it is the dock down on the far right with two chairs. You have to go through the pine trees to get to it.
When using the outdoor fireplace, do not make a big fire. Be sure that the fire is out when you leave.

Fit our need.

Very roomy. My children and grandchildren and I were comfortably house. There was a sandy place where the grandchildren played and swam. The older kids could kayak. My son and grandson fished though they only caught small fish they had fun. The back porch was large and accommodating. We had great weather for July but I could see this property a great place for fall, winter and spring visiting too.

Why they chose this property

Magnolia Cove is a new development in the heart of Dadeville, with a family friendly environment in mind. The neighborhood had a gorgeous zero entry pool and hottub. It all overlooks the lake too! The fireplace has a big Tv to watch any game. Guests love all the loungers and tables for extra seating. The future of Magnolia Cove is exciting too! They are in the process of building a dog park and food truck area.
Sweet Setenity is also close to all the great restaurants in Dadeville by land or water. We also love that it is only 30 minutes from Auburn.

Sweet Serenity is extra special because of the flat lot and beach area. There is no amenity spared in this house. The owners have taken an extra step in making sure you have everything you will need during your stay. Also, the location is ideal being so close to great restaurants as well as Auburn.
