It is only a little over an hour from Disney and Orlando theme parks. It is located close to Silver Springs, HITS. You are within an hour drive to The Villages, the beach, amusement parks and the springs. This home is perfect for anyone who wants to just get away and relax. All of our properties come fully furnished with linens, dishes, cable TV, wifi and more. Make this your homebase in the beautiful horse capital. Jan, Feb, March has 28 day minimun nights and must be in the same month- Can not split those months

Spacious, clean, everything we needed

Kitchen was well stocked, grill had fuel, and we loved having on-site laundry since we had a baby with us. The host made it very easy to contact her and we ended up extending our stay. We had a great time and there was plenty of room to spread out.

The location is great (nice streets for walking, very close to a Publix), the home is well stocked, the host has very fast responses. The master bath, closet, and bedroom are large and the queen mattress (foam?) was very comfortable. The shower has a traditional showerhead and an optional rain showerhead. The pantry has plenty of space - good for long-term stays with lots of groceries. We really enjoyed dining outside when the weather was nice. This is the second time we've stayed here and we'd gladly stay again.

Peaceful Stay

Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. Spent two to three days watching events at the World Equestrian Center, which was very enjoyable. The golf was less expensive than The Villages plus the area is not over-crowded.

Overall this was a great experience and charming accommodation. Rooms had ample space and bathrooms were sufficient. The layout is nice and very spacious. Stayed here 4 nights and had no issues. It was a pleasant stay and we had a nice time. A few things to mention, and strictly personal preferences, are as follows: the couch is a recline-able couch but it’s electric and is not plugged in. This was bothersome as at the end of the day, you want to relax and put feet up and watch some TV but this made that more difficult. One of the beds is a daybed so the mattress was small and this was considerately addressed by the host but not until i was already paid and wanted to check in, we chose to stay anyway. (there are pics of this on the ad but nothing specifically outlined). This was also not an issue, just leaving for others information. Overall great experience and a great host!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the house. We wanted a place to house some of my family and to host a birthday party for my grandmother. It was perfect for this—nice patio and yard, usable kitchen and eating areas, and even a grill to cook hamburgers. The house is very nice. The beds and furniture were comfortable and was mostly well-stocked for our stay (we ran out of toilet paper but everything else was perfect). Our one snag was getting into the house. I’m used to receiving a code for a key box at my usual VRBO and HomeAway stays. There wasn’t one here which necessitated several calls with the agency to arrange everything. It was annoying, but the agency was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we were very pleased with our entire experience.
