No unregistered guests. Each unregistered guest will be charged $50 per person per night (or immediate cancellation).
No tampering with security devices.
Maximum 8 people allowed at the property at any time.
Stay cannot be claimed as long-term rental or residency in (even if 30+ days). In case stays is over 7 days cleaning and laundry and bed sheet replacing services will be available at per request on additional cost.
Noise
Quiet time: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Loud music only in the basement.
Property
Driveway parking only (fits 6–8 cars, no street or grass).
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No food or drinks in bedrooms.
Do not move furniture.
Safety
Bug spray recommended in summer.
Must be able to climb stairs.
