PLEASE NOTE /House Rules :
On-site parking & driving only on the long new gravel driveway and on the new covered gravel parts on the backside of the house of this huge over 2 acres private property. Driving and parking is ONLY allowed on the gravel area. NO PARKING and NO DRIVING on any other part of the property. These rules apply to the front of the house as well. All spaces Inside/outside locked are for owner’s use only. RV hookup needs prior written authorization.
Pets: Small Pets (dogs only) allowed; no dogs over 20 lbs. Additional dogs up to 3 small dogs will require an additional deposit, $100 per dog, please contact host.
INFANT/TODDLER: Baby bath (Per Request), Baby monitor (Per Request) Baby safety gates, Crib / Travel Crib (Per Request) (Linens Extra Fees), Toddler Utensils/Plates/Cups, Babysitter Recommendations upon Request.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Place Trash into Outside Garbage Can (Use Garbage Bags) 2. Gather used Towels and Linens and place into Hamper. 3. Turn Things Off (Light switches marked in Green please leave on, Do Not Touch.)
4. Close Patio umbrella due to the high desert winds 5. Lock Up and Return Key (Lock all doors, Front Door and Dining Room Door, place key after locking backdoor into the Lockbox.)
6. Close blinds, turn off gas/propane stove, toaster oven, and TV) 7. Clean Grill , dispose of all ashes properly, no hot ashes in the trash can. Check the surrounding area for flammable debris.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING (outside designated area), VAPING, E-CIGARETTES, Smoking is not allowed in the property. No Commercial photography and filming allowed.
Do NOT touch “Green Marked” Light Switches at Front/Back Door. $25 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys. NO PARTIES, NO PETS.
Quiet Hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Guests have full access to the house except for two (2) locked closets, the garage and 2 storage containers.

Loving nature the Mojave Desert, Death Valley, Ghost Towns, hiking especially in and around Death Valley brings pleasure to our family we enjoy together with loving friends. The sunsets & sunrise' in and around Pahrump, Nevada are most spectacular. Colors are breathtaking from reddish pink, a golden-amber glow & energizing intense bright yellow embracing these spectacular mountain views. Skiing & snow-boarding at nearby Mount Charleston are highlights living in the desert.
We are enthusiasts of nature & there is always time to hike, or bike on these many trails, or take these opportunities to camp, go fishing and hunting. Fascinating for every car enthusiast is the private Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club where I truly enjoyed driving in a Radical Race Car passing a Porsche with a smile.
In Nevada there are plenty of trails for Off-Road driving, ATV's, Jeeps, Mountain Bikes, Equestrian and great rock-climbing opportunities.
Pahrump offers a great place to play Golf, dining at the winery & simply enjoying a delicious steak is a culinary delight.
