This is a wonderful property! I would be eager to stay here next time I'm back in the city. The location and neighbourhood is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better home base while in Vancouver.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Great location, parking, and communication with management team however furniture was well worn and stained, tub had a stain, and appliances and fixtures were very dated
The location was amazing. Steps to water taxi and all sights. Unit was clean. Blinds were broken and AC did not work efficiently so it was quite hot to sleep.
We only stayed 2 nights but the location of the apartment made it super easy to get to where we wanted to go. It's a nice sized place to stay for 4 people. Communication was open and easy that left no questions to be asked. Would stay here again.
The place is so awesome, really close to Denman, Granville bridge to Granville Island, St. Paul’s hospital food, coffee, pharmacies.
We really enjoyed our stay, even though we we there for hospital reasons.
Cheers

The apartment is in an ideal location, steps from False Creek and the ferries to Granville island. It is nicely laid out with a small office space, a good-sized dining table and a nice bedroom with very comfortable bed. For anyone who plans to cook, be aware that there are a few pots but no dishes that can go in the oven and no oven mitts. The VRBO pictures of the outdoor space implied that there was a garden area and access to a barbecue but we couldn’t find either, even though we went to every floor to look. I emailed the host to ask if these amenities were available but did not receive a response. Despite these small issues, I would recommend this apartment for its fabulous location, proximity to nice markets and lovely restaurants, access to parking and easy check-in and check-out procedures.
Excellent location! Quiet enough area to have open windows overnight. Secure parking area. Easy access to bike and walking paths. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was in a great location- across from Granville Island. And very walkable to downtown - Gastown, Yaletown. Beaches, Canada Place (free shuttles to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, and cruise terminal) and more.
Two nights, we walked to Kitsilano and ate at a cheap eat - Cockney King Fish and Chips, and a Michelin One Star and 10th best restaurant in Canada - Anna Lena.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Vancouver.

The location and security for this property is the biggest selling point! It is not even a 1/2 block to the waterbus taxi to explore a large portion of Vancouver and you can take a nice beach path walk to Stanley Park. I loved this location!
The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had most of what you need, and the living space is adequate for our on-the-go expectations.
The only drawback is no A/C. The condo gets very hot with the afternoon sun. We opened windows to cool off at night but there are no screens, so bugs come in. If there is no breeze, it does not cool off enough at night. Additional fans would help circulate the air if A/C is not possible.
Vancouver was vibrant, location was central to everything, free parking and access to local shops, restaurants and aqua bus, allowed us to truly enjoy the atmosphere.
