Spacious 3Br/2Ba ~ Pool and Lounge! *New Pool Heater Added January of 2025* This home features a King Master Suite. The spare King Bedroom and spare Twin Bed bedrooms have a shared Bathroom. Complimentary shampoo and body soaps are provided to our guests. There is a large open Kitchen, Living Room, and a separate family lounge with pool views. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms, perfect for couples or any multi-family arrangement. Enjoy the spacious fenced yard and grill!

Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section:
-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated.
-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. The name and contact number is listed at the top of the front page under "Safety and Important Contact Info" and is also listed at the bottom of the checkout sheet where the Wi-Fi information is located.
-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.
-Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Yard is fenced along the front and sides of the property, it is not fenced at the back of the property, there is a natural blind of Clusia Bushes.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

This is a beautiful home, very clean and has everything you need to stay for a week or more. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen has all you need for cooking and the house is very spacious. The main bedroom and the guest rooms are on opposite sides of the house which loans itself to privacy. It’s situated in a lovely neighborhood perfect for walking the dog. The back yard is fenced in, also perfect for safety of our dog.It was a treat to have a lovely large swimming pool in the backyard on days we wanted to skip the beach and stay closer to home. Finally, the host was welcoming and accommodating. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Pool was the perfect spot on a hot summer day!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my son and his family in Sebastian. The kids - ages 18 months, 5 and 7 had a blast in the pool and there was plenty of room for them to have a sleepover with Grandma! Kitchen was well stocked for all meals and the house was clean and organized with plenty of towels!

The house was excellent. Very spacious for just the two of us, but thats what we like! The pool was wonderful! Nice that it was heated because the temps got close to record lows when we were there. Really had no problems so communication wasnt needed much, but our host was spot on whenever needed! You can't go wrong with this house, or the hosts!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Eddie was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to our one issue with the pool. He had the guy who cleans the pool come a day earlier because they had had a storm with high winds that blew lots of leaves into the pool. The pool guy came the next morning and cleaned everything up and Eddie came over to check the heater. Everything was great after that! Eddie even texted me to make sure that the heater was warming the water up like it should. I told him everything was great! The house was great, the neighborhood is quiet. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!! My family & I drove 1,000 miles to visit our Florida cousins & aunts & it couldn’t have been more perfect! Perfect winter getaway!

This very well appointed home was perfectly located for every activity we wanted to do. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and wonderful to walk in each morning. The yard was comfortable and cozy and the heated pool was such a nice touch during the winter. We entertained a few overnight guests who had their own space opposite the master quarters, so everyone had privacy and the guest bathroom was well separated from ours. Plenty of room for everyone! Eddie was always responsive, so accommodating and friendly, and there was never anything we needed that he did not immediately supply. We would absolutely rent again if this property is available next winter. A perfect long-term solution for snowbirds.Thanks, Eddie!

This was our time booking a house in Florida and it was a great experience. Check in and check out was a dream. House was very clean and comfortable. The response from the owner was exceptional. Due to multiple days of wind prior to our arrival the pool had a lot of debris at the bottom. He was able to get the pool serviced a day early instead of Tuesday when it’s normally scheduled.
