the Blue Acorn. Renovated french country house
Renovated country french home on private Horseshoe Lake. 5 min to historic Laporte and Pine Lake. 20 min to South Bend, 15 to New Buffalo/Lake MI. 1 min to public golf course. Perfect location to access water, towns, beaches, state parks with convenience but privacy/access to gorgeous wildlife. Lawn games, outdoor decks, grill, game room and more. Ideal for family getaway, or week-long stay. Private lake but no direct boat access or swimming on this private lake.
The space
We love this part of the NW IN/Harbor Country and finally chose to buy a home and share it after renting various properties in the area. We know what renters like and expect.

Full access to house, garage, nature trail, boat, lawn. Security details available within three days of arrival

House is in quiet area/cul de sac. Respecting our neighbors is important.
