The Tipsy Turtle, villa #201, is located just a couple hundred yards from the white sand beaches that are consistently selected as one of the top 10 in the country. A short stroll over the Resort's pedestrian bridge (or a free tram ride) will deliver you to the stunning lagoon pool with waterfalls and greenery, Oceans full-service restaurant, Blender's tiki bar, Edgie's market, several hot tubs, and a wide expanse of beach and emerald green water with parasailing, wave runners, chair rentals and more.

The Tipsy Turtle PCB is a gorgeously decorated and perfectly situated two bedroom, two bath villa for six guests. It's well-appointed interior features a comfy living area with couches, smart TV, large dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances (large and small) plus dishes/pots/pans/utensils for all meals, and access to one of the largest covered double patios on property. Enjoy dining al fresco as you look over the pond full of turtles, ducks and water lilies and then beyond to the iconic 8th island green of the Edgewater golf course.

The master suite features a king sized bed with Smart TV, clothing storage, access to the double patio, and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and vanity.

Down the hall is the guest bedroom with two full sized beds, smart TV, and access to the guest bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combo.

Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer, high speed fiber WiFI, steaming TV, and beach towels are available for guest use. A pack 'n' play is also available for babies/toddlers.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
