Welcome to the Garlands Getaways, Sandy Sunsets Tower 3 #605.

This stunningly remodeled beachfront two bedroom is in Tower 3 on the ideal 6th floor. High enough for peace and quiet and low enough for a great view of the many dolphins and rays who play in the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

Sandy Sunsets had a complete facelift and boasts new flooring, counters, bathrooms, bedding and more. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is the ideal location for enjoying an amazing beach town (voted 3rd best in the US) and the Emerald Coast's white sand beaches (voted one of the top 10 MUST SEE in the world).

There is plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52" smart TV adorns the wall with HD service.

The full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig duo coffee pot. Also for your convenience: we provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like tp, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen smart TV with HD and streaming channels, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV with HD service with streaming channels, and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A queen sleeper sofa has an upgraded mattress plus a double murphy bed with a Nest mattress in the living room round out four bed options and a max occupancy of 8. A pack 'n' play is also available for babies/toddlers.

Our covered balcony features seating for enjoying your morning joe or the spectacular evening sunset. Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer, high speed fiber WiFI, beach chairs (4) and beach towels are available for guest use.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

What a beautiful condo and resort! We spent 2 months and enjoyed every minute. The condo is exceptionally clean, updated, and right on the beach. View of the Gulf and the heated pool right in front. Just a quick walk to either one. You won't be disappointed. Communication with the owner was top-notch. The condo was well supplied with everything you need. Enjoy we sure did!!!

We loved this condo! We have stayed at Edgewater before but we will definitely stay at Sandy Sunsets again. We loved that we had beach towels and beach chairs to use. The sixth floor was perfectly located so we could see dolphins in the ocean but weren’t up too high. The pools and hot tubs were all clean and working. Megan was very responsive and check-in couldn’t have been easier!

Had a great stay and experience at Edgewater, 605!! Megan was very responsive and thorough from start to finish. The condo was very clean with a nice view of the beach. It was also equipped with beach chairs which was a plus, saved us money on renting them. I would totally recommend doing business with Megan and stay again in the future.

Beautiful place

This property was beautiful. Tower 3 is quite, but still convenient to amenities. My family was there for my daughter’s national dance competition. It was so nice to be able to walk to the venue. The room decor was light, airy and serene. The full view sliding door in living room gave a wonderful view of the beach. The beds were comfortable. We liked having two king beds. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Showers were nice. Communication with management was efficient. Parking pass was ready upon arrival. We didn’t have any hiccups. I can’t recommend this room enough.

We are Dan and Michelle Garland and we love our lake/beach properties that we manage (with our good friend and co-host Megan) as Garlands Getaways. Our tight-knit family of 6 (+1 furry family member) lives in NE Atlanta and includes kids that range from high school to college plus two fun-loving parents who believe life by the water makes life in general better.

For a pampered vacation with all you need right on property, we believe Edgewater brings an already amazing vacation destination to a whole new level.

What makes this property unique

There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool, hot tub, and sundeck directly in front of Tower 3 (the only things separating you from the beach and the water) or step a few paces to the right and dip into the beachfront lagoon pool that is 11,500 square feet and surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are plenty of pool loungers for relaxing by the pool or you can rent a set of VIP Lounge Chairs/Umbrella or a poolside Cabana with luxury amenities. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on the villa side along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge.

Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right at our property.
