Check in was easy. Location of the condo was perfect for us. Plenty of places to eat and plenty of things to see within a couple of miles. The condo was clean and comfortable and had a great view. Beach service was a great addition! I would definitely recommend!

Great Stay!!

We came to Ft. Walton for a softball tournament and this was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the condo and it provided exactly what we expected and needed.

We loved the condo but hated the furniture. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable. My daughters condo in the same building had very comfortable bed and furniture.

Condo on Fort Walton beach

The property is in desperate need of updating. The appliances are out dated, refrigerator barely works and leaks causing all your food to get wet, washer does not get the laundry clean and the dishwasher does not work well. The carpet in the master bedroom is dirty and smells. We go to Fort Walton every year and this is by far the worse condo we have stayed in and will not be staying in it again.

Beachfront very clean condo perfect for our fam.

Love Pelican Isle because all the condos are beach front. Enjoyed our stay in 408. It was very clean and it's very "beach" decor was fun. The deck isn't directly over the pool which we LOVED...but close enough we could see it. The deck furniture was perfect for morning coffee or evening beverage. I only had two issues: 1) The elevator stopped working while we were there. This seems to be a constant issue, because it was noted in other reviews posted prior to our stay. The other issue isn't huge, but the sofa isn't very uncomfortable. I wouldn't even mention it, but if you plan to have a family member sleep on it...don't. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, the location and the perfect ocean view.
