With nine beds, there is plenty of space for family and friends to spend some quality time together while playing some fun games of pool or stargazing. Just off Highway 56, the property is only 1.4 miles from Presbyterian College and 2 miles from downtown Clinton. Also, only 12 miles from Battle of Musgrove Mill State Historic Site and 21 miles from Rose Hill Plantation for the history buffs. *There is cattle on the property. Weekend get away

It was a peaceful stay to visit our daughter, who attends PC. The location was very convenient, and there were many sleeping options. Beautiful country spot. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Secluded Farmhouse

This property is beautiful. It’s well off the beaten path. The house is older and has been well taken care of. Very clean. Plenty of linens. Washer and dryer work great. The grocery store is within walking distance. Jessica is a great host and we can’t wait to return next year for the PSA Gathering.

Property was secluded but close to the college and town. Pictures accurately depict property. It was clean and communication with owner was easy. Pool table was an added bonus for our family trip to see a football game at the local college.

Great Family Home

The manager was very communicative!! Too cold to enjoy the big screened porch area…but the pool table was a hit for 1 and all!! Kiddos made up games ( no que sticks), adults enjoyed too! The bed set up worked well for our family! We will be back!

Great Customer Service

Jessica was very accommodating and very quick to respond. While I didn't stay at this property personally, our construction crew stayed and were all very comfortable and enjoyed their stay! Thank you for being a gracious host, Jessica!
