“Westcliff Hideout,” is our first "Fort Worth Vacation Rentals" property. See reviews for our other properties at "TheHideoutAtBuckIsland" on Lake Guntersville, Alabama. We have owned and personally operated vacation rentals for 10 years. When you book “Westcliff Hideout” all details of your stay will be personally managed by the owners.

“Westcliff Hideout” is just a few minutes south of Texas Christian University, TCU’s Amon Carter stadium, Fort Worth Zoo, Colonial Golf Club, Trinity River Trails, Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Complex, Museum District, Medical District, Sundance Square, and Downtown. Just a short distance away is a bike/walking path that leads to the Trinity Trails stretching 100 miles throughout Fort Worth, providing lots of options for a run or walk whether long or short. “Westcliff Hideout” is three minutes to I-20, providing a fast route to many of Dallas/Fort Worth’s popular destinations.

Guests are limited to six persons. NO PARTIES or EVENTS. Fort Worth has very strict regulations on short term rentals which we will review with you before your booking is confirmed. Violation of any house rule is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund.

In order to complete your booking, a rental agreement must be signed electronically, and a photo id uploaded to our reservation system within 24 hours.

This home has been our primary residence for 7 years, and we still use it when our family is in Fort Worth. It is furnished with everything you will need to make “Westcliff Hideout” your home away from home. Two owner’s closets are not available for guest use, but guests have access to a closet in each bedroom. The garage is not available for guest use but there is ample parking for 3 vehicles behind the house, secured by a gate.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
“Westcliff Hideout” is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home built in 1956, is our primary residence when our family is in Fort Worth and is furnished with everything you will need to make “Westcliff Hideout” your home away from home. Key features include:
• Updated kitchen and bathrooms
• Three bedrooms all have Queen beds
• Master bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower
• Hallway bathroom in between the second and third bedroom has a combination tub/shower
• Half bathroom steps away from the TV room
• Two living areas: one has a 65 inch Smart TV
• Fully stocked kitchen just like home: cookware, assortment of baking pans, hand mixer, blender, toaster oven, coffee pot, utensils, serving pieces, wine glasses
• Dining table that seats 8
• Extensive windows looking out to the front and backyard
• 1000 sq ft flagstone patio with outdoor furniture, fireplace, gas grill, Green Egg smoker
• Outdoor table seating for 10 with additional seating around the fireplace
• Fenced backyard with large shade trees and hammock posts (bring your own hammock)
• Green space along back property line provides additional privacy
• Driveway parking is available behind the home for 3 vehicles behind a gate

Note that there are three steps down from the kitchen to the TV room, and there are three steps down from the dining room out to the back patio. This may be a consideration for those traveling with young children or those with mobility issues.

Ring doorbells on the front door and back door, and cameras capturing the driveway space, provide security outside around the house perimeter.

If staying on Wednesday, setting garbage bins on the curb is so appreciated!
