House located 200mts from the beach (less than 5min walking) in the exclusive Costa do Sol Condominium in Guaratuba Beach, Bertioga, SP, which is bordered by two clean rivers the Guaratuba and Itaguaré (Valley a walk to know), the beach has great bathing and long stretch of sand, great for practicing various sports or simply for relaxing.
Large and airy house, corner, pool, and can accommodate up to 12 people (in beds according to the provision below, this is the maximum allowed, including adults and children).
Our property has 3 suites equipped with split air conditioning and ceiling fans, balcony door with exit to balcony.
Large living room 2 rooms (living and dining room with pantry counter equipped with refrigerator, microwave, three hearts espresso machine, sandwich maker, water purifier) also has WIFI internet throughout the house. On cable TV with SKY HDTV, TELECINE and NHK.
Well equipped kitchen with 1 stainless steel 4 door fridge and 1 vertical freezer, a gas plate for quick snack, 5 burner stove and 2 sinks of 2 bowls and all kitchen utensils, external barbecue.
Laundry room with 1 wash tank and 1 2-sink sink.
Large L-shaped balcony with 3 4-seater tables, a round table with four chairs and space with 1 hammock and a deck with pool table.
A barbecue, wood stove and sternum toilet.
2000 liter water tank and 5000 liter cistern.
In the condominium you will find: Bakery / Market and Pizzeria.

Diariamente muitas aves coloridas, esquilos, saruê visitam o quintal cheio de plantas e flores. A piscina é muito bem cuidada, a cozinha grande e totalmente equipada. O sr Akira é muito atencioso, gentil e sempre disponível. Recomendamos e com certeza voltaremos para passar férias neste oásis de paz. Casa Maravilhosa - Conforto - Contato com a natureza - Proprietários muito atenciosos e especiais

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo na casa do Sr. Akira. Sem nenhum exagero, ele e sua amável esposa nos fazem sentir em casa, como se fossemos parentes próximos. Eu e minha família temos um carinho especial por eles. A casa em si é melhor do que está nas fotos. Tem absolutamente tudo, tudo mesmo, para se ter conforto próximo da natureza. Diversos passarinhos e beija-flores estão o tempo todo no quintal, que tem um pomar. No ultimo dia, recebemos uma visita especial do Beach, um lagarto dócil e boa praça que costuma dar o ar da graça para nos mostrar o quanto a natureza é exuberante e precisa ser preservada. Meus filhos, que nunca havia visto um bichinho deste tão de perto, ficaram encantados. Tenho costume de locar casas para finais de semana, mas nenhuma se compara com essa do Sr. Akira. Casa muita linda mesmo. Fora a peculiar decoração, de muito bom gosto, limpeza absolutamente impecável e tudo funcionando perfeitamente bem. Piscina super especial; mesa de sinuca; redes preguiçosas para cochilar; chapa quente para fazer lanches e churrascos; mesa enorme para uma boa confraternização; todos os quartos são suítes e tem ar condicionado; Ski e internet ótima; cadeiras e guarda-sol de praia; e até fogão e forno a lenha para quem gosta. Dentro de um Condomínio bastante seguro, fica há uns 200 metros da Praia de Guratuba, limpa e deserta (não dá nem para acreditar estar tão proxima de São Paulo); e há uns 600 metros do encontro do Rio Guaratuba com o mar. Existe a opção de tomar banho de mar ou de rio, além da piscina, claro. Fora tudo isso, tem um mercadinho há cerca de 500 metros. Mais um vez, quero agradecer ao Sr. Akira e sua esposa. A paz, o local e o tratamento que eles nos propiciam são um bálsamo para a alma, fazendo nos esquecer do stress da cidade grande por alguns momentos. Mais que recomendo. Voltarei outras vezes, com certeza.
