Ótima estadia em Guaratuba

O imóvel fica em um condomínio que tem uma saída exclusiva para a praia passando por um túnel debaixo da rodovia. A praia é tranquila e não quiosques e nem vendedores, tem somente algumas redes de vôlei. A casa tem uma ótima estrutura, com vários utensílios, piscina, mesa de ping pong, freezer para cerveja, o que foi ótimo para os dias chuvosos ou que não queríamos ir à praia. O proprietário foi sempre atencioso e respondia rápido a todas as solicitações. Recomendo!

Casa espaçosa e moderna

Embora tenhamos nos hospedado neste imóvel com a família durante alguns dias de chuva, a casa estava bastante confortável. Durante o check in tivemos dificuldade para abrir a porta mas fomos rapidamente orientados pelo dono. A casa e espaçosa com 4 suítes, lavabo e banheiro adicional perto da piscina. Os quartos tem camas confortáveis e ar condicionado, a área da churrasqueira e piscina são muito boas, tudo conforme anunciado. Meu filho de 5 anos se divertiu nos parquinhos do condomínio. A praia e muito tranquila e com ambiente familiar, excelente para descanso. Algumas sugestões de melhoria: algumas das paredes brancas precisam ser repintadas, especialmente o quarto do térreo que tem algumas manchas de umidade; a porta da cozinha não está trancando; os acessórios de cozinha precisam ser atualizados. Em conclusão, tivemos uma excelente estadia e esperamos ter oportunidade de retornar no futuro.
