The cottage was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. The yard, fire pit and hot tub were the perfect end to our busy days. Nathan was a great host. Very quick to respond when we had a question. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely return if we are ever back in the area again.

We had so much fun during our short stay in Saratoga! We went to a concert at SPAC, rented kayaks to float on the Hudson river and went to the race track for a behind the scenes tour in the morning and breakfast overlooking the track where the horses were out for exercise. The house was a perfect location for all of our adventures. We would definitely rent this house again.

It’s not often that you check into a home & have a tornado touch down, knocking out power & WIFI but you know you have a good host when you’re updated with the situation and get it resolved as quick'y as possible. Thank you Nathan!The house was very comfortable, loved the decorations that reflected the home and the area. It was a lovely stay, the house is convenient to all of the things we planned to do - concert at SPAC, Saratoga race track, and downtown Saratoga Springs with lots of fine dining options.

Absolutely a central positioned property because we were going to the race track and spac the music venue!!! So close to everything we wanted!!!! Such a clean property and the hot tub was key !!! Even though it was 100’ . Thank you

House was relatively clean but worn down - stains on carpets and floors, cabinets that wouldn't close, many ants in the driveway but not inside, VERY aggressive insects on play place in the backyard. Family incurred several painful stings or bites from flying bugs upon approaching play equipment. Dining room furniture very uncomfortable but living room and bedroom furniture quite comfortable. Kitchen was adequately supplied with normal equipment. Property included a very nice washer and dryer. Dishwasher had rusted section but didn't appear to leave rust stains on dishes. Central AC worked well on main floor and upstairs bedrooms had window units. Property did not appear nearly as nice as the photos presented it to be. Location was only moderately convenient, 15 minutes into Saratoga Springs, 25 minutes to Lake George.Host was easily accessible and responded to questions quickly.

Cozy

The backyard is private. The yard is encircled by tall beautiful trees. We sat under the roof in the picnic table area which provided great shade. Since it was 94 degrees a few days we were there, this was a necessity! Also, the enclosed back porch was very comfortable as it was air conditioned plus ceiling fans. We enjoyed looking
