About this property

Fabulous 3BR Close to Airport

Enjoy the comforts of home in this one-level, three bedroom property on a quiet Chili street. Featuring a recently renovated bright kitchen, this home sleeps six with parking for several cars in the driveway.

Located just minutes from the 490 expressway and the Rochester Int’l airport, you are central to all activities in the area. Rochester Institute of Technology is 10 minutes away.

The large backyard is a great place for children and pets to play. Please note it is not fenced. Pets are welcome if approved; please contact host. $20/night per pet, with discounts possible for longer stays. Please enquire.

While the home has two fireplaces, unfortunately they are not for use. Also, the garage is not included in rental.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.

Home is in a nice quiet and family friendly area - within a 5-10 minute drive to shops and restaurants (and RIT!). Plenty of space and a nice backyard. Had a few hiccups during our stay but the team was quick to respond and try to resolve the issue.

Clean and comfortable home

This house suited our needs perfectly! It was well equipped, offering the basics to make coffee and tea, and toiletries. We cooked breakfast during our stay. The beds and linens were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. The decor was welcoming and the location was great, 10 minutes from RIT. Cheryl was easy to deal with, especially when I needed to add a day to our reservation. Would stay here again!

Loved this house for 6 adults. It was roomy, updated, safe neighborhood. Communication was great. We needed a few more towels. They were so prompt to bring them. My parents also loved it and wanted to write a letter to Cheryl. I told them, I would pass on their compliments. Everyone was so happy. If I was to make one minor suggestion, I would say perhaps have a 2nd tv in the house:) Loved this house so much! Thank you!

Peaceful and restful

We in town for a weekend wedding! Easy drive and so close the airport. The lovely and quiet house and neighborhood gave us a restful place to regroup and relax during the busy weekend. Just as pictured. Cheryl is a great hostess.

Dog Friendly AND Beautiful

We use VRBO a lot and this home was top notch! It's so hard to find a place that allows dogs AND that is real nice, AND allowed us to bring 3 dogs. Unheard of. We greatly appreciated the big yard and beautiful neighborhood and were sure to pick up after pur pets. All they ask is that you keep them off the furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was more than enough bedding and towels. Loved that the TV was easy to access with Roku, not something we normally find. The wifi worked great and their book on the property details and neighborhood was concise and thoroigh.Great host with quick replies and positive interactions. Very, very accomodating. We hope to return!We wer e our sons

Very clean and updated home with generous accommodating amenities. The home worked very well for 6 people since it has 2 full bathrooms. The home is west of Rochester city near the airport, but we did not hear any airport activity during our stay.The owner Cheryl is a great communicator.

Overall very happy and would stay again. The house was clean and provided plenty of linens, cookware and supplies. Lots of space in each room. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The only drawback that we found was there are not tv’s in the bedrooms (personal preference for me and my family as we like to unwind watching tv while laying in bed- nothing against the property itself as I knew from the listing there was only 1 tv in the main living room). We ended borrowing tv’s from family for while we were in town and had no problem with the internet lagging after multiple devices were connected.

Great property

This is a very nice house. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s very well stocked with everything you could need in kitchen and bathroom. It was conveniently located for us to go see our granddaughter at U of R. I only have two cons- and they are just things that are particular to me- I have trouble with steps and there are some pretty tall stone steps out front but there is a railing so that helps a lot and also only one tv. We’ve stayed in several Rochester houses and they only had one tv so I guess that’s normal! Cheryl is very quick to respond and very gracious.

Great Place! Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean, spacious, and our dog loved the big back yard. The location we perfect as it was close to family and friends, as well as Wegmans, Target, and anything else you’d need. The owner kept us informed and was very responsive to any questions we had. We’d stay here again for sure.

Perfect

The house is extremely spacious with the three bedrooms two bathrooms and very open. If you’re I have a few couples this is a Perry place to stay. They allow pets as well. We’re thinking of bringing our cat next time . It’s a very comfortable place to stay with a quiet neighborhood - at least I the winter

Amazing stay

We picked this home not only because it was close to the venue for my nephew’s wedding but also because we were allowed to bring our pups with us. The house was exactly as the pictures show. The area is beautiful and the neighbors could not be friendlier. Very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.The management company is awesome and very responsive! We hope to stay here again on our visits to my nephew. Thank you for an great stay!
